Model: RF | Brand: RONGFA
Introduction
Thank you for choosing the RONGFA Teepee Tent. This manual provides essential information for the safe and proper assembly, operation, and maintenance of your new children's play tent. Please read all instructions carefully before use.
Safety Information
WARNING:
- Keep away from fire.
- Adult supervision is recommended at all times.
- Ensure all poles are securely connected and the tent is stable before allowing children to play inside.
- Do not use in strong winds or severe weather conditions.
Package Contents
Please verify that all components are present before beginning assembly:
- 1 x Teepee Tent Fabric Cover
- Multiple Wooden Support Poles (typically 8-12 individual pole sections that connect to form 4-6 full poles)
- Plastic Connectors (for joining pole sections)
- Carrying Bag (if included)
- Instruction Manual (this document)
Setup Instructions
Setting up your RONGFA Teepee Tent is quick and easy. Follow these steps for proper assembly:
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all items from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, flat surface.
- Assemble Poles: Connect the wooden pole sections using the plastic connectors to form full-length poles. Ensure each connection is secure.
- Insert Poles into Fabric: Slide each assembled pole into the fabric sleeves located along the seams of the teepee tent cover.
- Gather and Tie Poles: Once all poles are inserted, gather the tops of the poles together. Use the provided rope or tie to secure them firmly at the top, forming the teepee structure. Ensure the poles are spread evenly at the base to create a stable foundation.
- Position and Adjust: Stand the teepee upright and adjust the spread of the poles at the base until the tent fabric is taut and the structure is stable.

Operating Instructions
The RONGFA Teepee Tent is designed for versatile play, both indoors and outdoors.
Using the Entrance Flaps
- Opening: To open the tent entrance, untie the fabric ties on both sides of the flaps and pull the flaps apart.
- Securing Open: The flaps can be tied back to the side poles using the attached ties to keep the entrance open for easy access and ventilation.
- Closing: To close the tent, bring the two flaps together and secure them with the ties.
Using the Window
The teepee features a small mesh window for ventilation and light. This window is fixed and does not open or close.

Maintenance
Cleaning Instructions
The tent fabric is made of 100% breathable cotton canvas. To maintain its quality and appearance:
- Spot Cleaning: For small spills or dirt, spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Allow to air dry completely.
- Deep Cleaning: If a more thorough cleaning is needed, the fabric cover can be carefully removed from the poles. Hand wash in cold water with a gentle detergent. Do not bleach.
- Drying: Air dry only. Do not tumble dry. Ensure the fabric is completely dry before reassembling or storing to prevent mildew.
Storage
When not in use, the teepee tent can be easily disassembled and folded for convenient storage:
- Remove the poles from the fabric cover.
- Disassemble the poles into their smaller sections.
- Fold the fabric cover neatly.
- Store all components in the original carrying bag (if applicable) in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
Troubleshooting
Tent is not stable:
- Ensure the wooden poles are fully inserted into their fabric sleeves.
- Verify that the top of the poles are securely tied together.
- Adjust the spread of the poles at the base to create a wider, more stable footprint.
Fabric appears wrinkled:
- Wrinkles are normal due to packaging. They will naturally smooth out with use.
- Light steaming or misting with water and allowing to air dry can help reduce wrinkles.
