3. Setup and Assembly

1. Step 1: Attach Casters to Poles. Screw the casters into the bottom of the four vertical poles. Ensure they are securely tightened.
2. Step 2: Install Bottom Shelf. Slide the plastic clips onto the poles at the desired height for the bottom shelf. Lower the wire grid shelf onto the clips, ensuring it locks into place.
3. Step 3: Install Basket Shelf. Repeat the process for the basket shelf, sliding clips onto the poles and lowering the basket onto them. For the sliding basket, ensure the locating pin is inserted to prevent frequent push and pull.
4. Step 4: Attach Top Surface. Place the stainless steel tabletop onto the top of the poles, ensuring it sits firmly and securely.
5. Step 5: Final Check. Verify that all shelves are level and securely attached. Ensure the casters are properly installed and can rotate freely.
6. Step 6: Calibrate Uneven Wheels (if necessary). If the cart is uneven, manually calibrate the wheels using a wrench to adjust their height until the cart is stable.

4. Operating Instructions

• Moving the Cart: The cart is equipped with 3-inch universal casters that allow for smooth 360-degree movement. Simply push or pull the cart to your desired location.
• Locking the Wheels: To secure the cart in place, press down on the rear brake levers located on two of the casters. This will lock the wheels and prevent the cart from rolling. To unlock, lift the levers.
• Adjusting Shelf Height: To adjust the height of the wire shelves, first remove any items from the shelf. Then, lift the shelf slightly, remove the plastic clips from the poles, reposition them at the desired 1-inch interval, and lower the shelf back onto the clips until it clicks into place.
• Utilizing the Sliding Basket: The sliding wire basket provides convenient access to frequently used items. Ensure the locating pin is used if you prefer the basket to remain stationary.

5. Maintenance
