Operating Instructions
Loading the Cooler
For optimal cooling performance, follow these guidelines:
- Pre-chill the cooler before use by adding a small amount of ice or ice packs for 30 minutes, then emptying.
- Place items that need to stay coldest at the bottom.
- Use ice, ice packs, or frozen gel packs to fill any empty space. More ice means longer cooling.

Maintaining Cooling Performance
- Keep the main zipper closed as much as possible to retain cold air.
- Minimize opening the cooler, especially in direct sunlight or warm environments.
- The cooler is designed to keep contents cool for up to 16 hours, depending on ambient temperature and ice quantity.
Maintenance
Cleaning
- After each use, empty the cooler of all contents and melted ice.
- Wipe the interior and exterior surfaces with a damp cloth and mild soap.
- For stubborn stains, a soft brush can be used. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- Allow the cooler to air dry completely with the lid open before storing to prevent mold and mildew.
Storage
- Store the cooler in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Ensure the cooler is completely dry before storage.
- Do not place heavy objects on top of the cooler during storage, as this may deform its shape.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Cooler not staying cold long enough. | Insufficient ice/ice packs; frequent opening; high ambient temperature; cooler not pre-chilled. | Use more ice/ice packs; minimize opening; pre-chill cooler; keep cooler in shade if possible. |
| Water leaking from cooler. | Zipper not fully closed; damage to liner; excessive internal pressure. | Ensure zipper is completely sealed; inspect liner for tears (contact support if damaged); do not overfill with liquids. |
| Difficulty with zipper movement. | Dirt or debris in zipper teeth; zipper lubricant needed. | Clean zipper teeth with a small brush; apply a food-grade zipper lubricant if necessary. |
