2. Setup Guide

2.1 Package Contents

Before beginning, ensure all items are present in the package:

• KT1 Q25 Wireless Earbuds (Left and Right)
• Charging Case
• USB Charging Cable (Type-C)
• Ear Tips (S, M, L sizes)
• User Manual (CD format, or digital access)

2.2 Initial Charging

1. Place both earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are properly seated.
2. Connect the USB Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and the other end to a USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port).
3. The LED digital display on the charging case will show the battery percentage. Allow the case and earbuds to fully charge before first use. A full charge typically takes 1.5 hours.

2.3 Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the earbuds are charged.
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth.
4. Search for available Bluetooth devices. Select "Q25" from the list.
5. Once connected, a voice prompt will confirm successful pairing. The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when removed from the case.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Wearing the Earbuds

Select the ear tips that provide the best seal and comfort. Gently insert the earbud into your ear canal and adjust the earhook over your ear for a secure fit. The flexible earhooks are designed to keep the earbuds stable during movement.

3.2 Smart Touch Controls

3.3 Charging Case Functions

The charging case not only recharges your earbuds but also serves as a power bank and phone holder.

• Digital Display: The front LED display shows the remaining battery percentage of the charging case and indicates when the earbuds are charging.
• Emergency Power Bank: The 1800mAh capacity charging case can provide emergency power to your smartphone via its USB-A output port.
• Phone Holder: The lid of the charging case is designed to act as a stand for your phone, allowing you to watch videos conveniently.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Cleaning

Regular cleaning helps maintain sound quality and extends the lifespan of your earbuds.

• Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to wipe the earbuds and charging case.
• Remove ear tips and clean them with mild soap and water. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching.
• Gently clean any debris from the speaker mesh and charging contacts using a dry cotton swab or a small, soft brush.
• After strenuous exercise or if the earbuds get wet, wipe the charging pins with a dry cloth to prevent sweat corrosion.

4.2 Water Resistance (IPX7)

The KT1 Q25 earbuds are IPX7 waterproof, meaning they can withstand submersion in up to 1 meter of water for 30 minutes. This protection is effective against sweat, rain, and accidental splashes. However, they are not designed for swimming or prolonged submersion. Always ensure the charging port is dry before charging.

4.3 Storage

When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them from dust, damage, and to keep them charged. Store the case in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures.

• Earbuds not pairing/connecting:
  • Ensure both earbuds are charged.
  • Turn off Bluetooth on your device, then turn it back on.
  • Forget/delete "Q25" from your device's Bluetooth list and attempt to pair again.
  • Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open the lid to reset them.
• No sound from one earbud:
  • Ensure both earbuds are charged and properly connected to your device.
  • Try resetting the earbuds by placing them in the case and re-pairing.
• Charging issues:
  • Check the charging cable and adapter for damage.
  • Ensure the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are clean and free of debris.
  • Verify the power source is working correctly.
• Low volume or poor sound quality:
  • Adjust the volume on both your device and the earbuds.
  • Ensure ear tips are correctly sized and provide a good seal in your ear canal.
  • Clean any earwax or debris from the earbud speaker mesh.
