Setup Guide
Follow these steps to set up your DOMAS TENS Unit for first use:
1. Charging the Device
Connect the provided USB cable to the charging port on the TENS unit and plug the other end into a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port. The battery indicator on the screen will show charging status. Ensure the device is fully charged before initial use for optimal performance.
2. Attaching Electrode Pads
Carefully peel the protective film from the back of the electrode pads. Apply the sticky side of the pads directly to clean, dry skin in the desired treatment area. Ensure good contact for effective stimulation.

3. Connecting Lead Wires
Insert the pin connectors of the lead wires into the small holes on the electrode pads. Then, plug the other end of the lead wires into the output ports (A or B) on the top of the TENS unit. The device features dual channels, allowing you to use two sets of pads simultaneously on different body parts or to cover a larger area.

Operating Instructions
Once the device is set up, follow these steps to operate your TENS unit:
1. Powering On/Off
Press and hold the power button (usually marked 'M' or a power symbol) to turn the device on or off. The screen will illuminate upon activation.
2. Selecting a Mode
The DOMAS TENS Unit offers 24 massage modes. Use the 'M' button to cycle through the available modes. Each mode provides a different type of stimulation (e.g., kneading, knocking, tapping, Tuina, acupuncture, striking). Select the mode that best suits your comfort and therapeutic needs.

3. Adjusting Intensity
After selecting a mode, use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the intensity level. Start with a low intensity and gradually increase it until you feel a comfortable, yet effective, sensation. The device offers 20 intensity levels.
4. Setting the Timer
The device typically has a default treatment time (e.g., 60 minutes). You can adjust the session duration using the 'T' button or dedicated timer controls if available. Always adhere to recommended session lengths.

Maintenance
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and effectiveness of your DOMAS TENS Unit:
- Cleaning the Device: Wipe the main unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
- Cleaning Electrode Pads: Gently wipe the adhesive side of the pads with a damp cloth or a small amount of rubbing alcohol if they lose stickiness. Allow them to air dry completely before reattaching the protective film.
- Storage: Store the device and pads in the provided dust-proof storage bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Pad Lifespan: Electrode pads are reusable up to approximately 45 times, depending on skin type and care. Replace pads when they no longer adhere well to the skin.
