1. Product Overview

The Mysic J8 Wireless Earbuds offer an immersive audio experience with advanced Bluetooth 5.3 technology, ensuring stable and fast connections. Designed for comfort and durability, these earbuds are IPX7 waterproof, making them suitable for various activities. They feature intuitive touch controls and extended battery life for prolonged listening.

4. Setup

4.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, ensure the charging case and earbuds are fully charged. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the case and a compatible USB power source. The LED indicators on the case will show the charging status.

4.2 Pairing with Your Device

The Mysic J8 Earbuds feature one-step pairing for convenience:

1. Ensure the earbuds are inside the charging case.
2. Open the lid of the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings.
4. Search for "J8" in the list of available devices and select it to connect.
5. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the earbuds will be ready for use.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

• Power On: Open the charging case lid, and the earbuds will automatically power on and connect to the last paired device.
• Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. They will automatically power off and begin charging.

5.2 Touch Controls

The Mysic J8 Earbuds feature intuitive touch controls on the outer surface of each earbud:

5.3 Usage Modes

• Twin Mode: Use both earbuds together for a stereo audio experience.
• Mono Mode: Use either the left or right earbud independently for calls or music, allowing you to stay aware of your surroundings.

6. Maintenance & Care

• Cleaning: Regularly clean the earbuds, especially the copper charging pins at the lowest part of the stem and the pogo pins inside the charging case, with rubbing alcohol to ensure proper charging and connection.
• Storage: Store the earbuds in their charging case when not in use to protect them and keep them charged.
• Water Resistance: While IPX7 waterproof, avoid prolonged submersion in water. Dry thoroughly if exposed to moisture.

7. Troubleshooting

7.1 Charging Issues

• Remove any protective film from the earbuds.
• Clean the earbuds' copper charging pins and the pogo pins inside the charging case with rubbing alcohol to ensure proper contact.

7.2 Connection/Pairing Issues

• If both earbuds fail to pair with each other or experience connection issues, place both earbuds into the charging case, then take them out. They should automatically pair.
• To connect to a new device, turn off Bluetooth on the original paired device. Turn on Bluetooth on the new device, search for "J8," and connect.

7.3 Resetting the Earbuds

If issues persist, perform a factory reset:

1. Place both earbuds into the charging case.
2. Long press the left earbud to turn it off.
3. Long press the left earbud to turn it on.
4. Double-click the left earbud to complete re-pairing.
5. Take out the right earbud and wait for it to pair automatically.
