Setup
- Unpack Components: Remove all game pieces from the box. Separate the cupcake ingredients (toppers, frostings, cakes, wrappers), game tiles, and recipe cards.
- Prepare Cupcake Ingredients: Place all 36 cupcake ingredients in a central area accessible to all players.
- Prepare Game Tiles: Shuffle the 15 game tiles and place them face down in a pile.
- Prepare Recipe Cards: Shuffle the 9 recipe cards and place them face down in a separate pile. Each player receives one recipe card. If playing with fewer than 9 players, set aside unused recipe cards.

Operating Instructions (How to Play)
The Disney Enchanted Cupcake Party Game offers two ways to play: a cooperative game and a free-play matching activity. The objective is to collect cupcake ingredients to match your recipe cards.
Cooperative Game (Ages 3+)
- Goal: Work together to complete as many cupcakes as possible before time runs out (or a set number of turns).
- Player Turn: On your turn, flip over one game tile.
- Matching: If the game tile shows a cupcake ingredient, find the matching physical ingredient piece and place it on your recipe card if it matches one of the required ingredients. If it matches another player's recipe card, they can claim it.
- Special Tiles: Some tiles may have special actions (e.g., take an extra turn, swap an ingredient). Follow the instructions on the tile.
- Completing Cupcakes: Once all four ingredients (topper, frosting, cake, wrapper) for a cupcake on a recipe card are collected, assemble the cupcake.
- Game End: The game ends when all recipe cards are completed or a predetermined time/turn limit is reached. Count the number of completed cupcakes to see how well the team performed.
