Setup

Pairing the Add-on Camera (Baby Unit) with Your SM935E Parent Unit

To renew the pairing of your units or pair a new/additional Baby Unit, follow the procedure below:

Note: Before you begin pairing, ensure both the Baby Unit and Parent Unit are side by side and turned on.

1. On the Parent Unit, press the MENU/Exit key. The menu screen will be displayed.
2. Press the LEFT key or RIGHT key until the camera icon is highlighted in red.
3. Press the UP key or DOWN key to select the desired camera slot to pair (e.g., Camera 2, 3, or 4 if Camera 1 is already in use).
4. Press the OK key on the Parent Unit to start the pairing process.
5. While the LED on the Parent Unit is flashing, press and hold the PAIR button located on the back of the Baby Unit for a few seconds.
6. Once successfully paired, an image from the newly paired camera will display on the Parent Unit screen. If unsuccessful, please repeat the above steps.
7. Press the MENU/Exit key to exit the pairing menu.

Note: If you have more than one camera to be paired, repeat the above steps for each camera individually.

Operating Instructions

Camera View – Switching Between Paired Cameras

This function is only available when two or more cameras are paired with your Parent Unit (sold separately with Kidsneed Monitor SM935E).

• Press the OK key on the Parent Unit to view or scan cameras. Each press will switch the view to the next paired camera.
• The number of the camera currently connected will be displayed on the top of the LCD screen.

Automatic Scan (Loop) Mode

You can also select the SCAN (loop) mode to automatically cycle through all paired cameras.

• Press the OK key repeatedly until you see the loop sign (often a circular arrow icon) on the top of the LCD screen.
• In this mode, each paired camera's view will be displayed on the screen for approximately 10 seconds before automatically switching to the next paired camera.

Remote Pan & Tilt Functionality

The Kidsneed SM935E Add-on Baby Camera Unit features remote pan and tilt capabilities, allowing you to adjust the camera's viewing angle from your Parent Unit.

• The camera supports a 355-degree horizontal pan and a 120-degree vertical tilt.
• Use the directional keys on your Parent Unit to control the camera's movement.
