1. Product Overview

2. Package Contents

Upon opening your CECO-USA F1000 package, please ensure all the following items are present:

3. Setup and Installation

Follow these steps to properly install your F1000 Bicycle Headlight on your bike's handlebars:

1. Attach the Mount: Secure the hard plastic handlebar mount to your bicycle's handlebars. Ensure it is positioned centrally and firmly tightened. Use the provided rubber spacers if needed to achieve a snug fit on handlebars up to 32mm in diameter.
2. Insert the Light: Slide the F1000 headlight onto the mount until it clicks securely into place. The quick-release function allows for easy attachment and detachment.
3. Adjust Angle: Swivel the light to adjust the beam direction as needed for optimal visibility on your path.

4. Operating Instructions

The F1000 headlight offers multiple modes for various lighting needs:

• Power On/Off: Press and hold the power button (located on top of the light) for approximately 3 seconds to turn the light ON or OFF.
• Change Modes: Once powered ON, short press the power button to cycle through the available lighting modes (Night Modes, Day Flashing Modes, Walking Flashlight Mode).
• Lock Mode:
  • Enter Lock Mode: Turn the light ON. Hold the power button for 6 seconds, then release when the beam turns solid to flashing. This prevents accidental activation.
  • Exit Lock Mode: While in Lock Mode, press the power button for 6 seconds, then release the power button when the light turns from flashing to solid.
• Low Battery Indication: When the battery level is low, the light will flash every 25 seconds, indicating approximately 10 to 20 minutes of remaining runtime.

5. Charging the Battery

The F1000 headlight is equipped with a USB rechargeable battery. To charge:

1. Locate the USB charging port on the light. It is typically covered by a rubber flap to ensure waterproofing.
2. Open the rubber flap and insert the Micro USB charging cable (included) into the port.
3. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter, power bank).
4. The charge indicator light will show the charging status. Refer to the product's specific indicator behavior for full charge notification (e.g., light changes color or turns off).
5. Once fully charged, disconnect the cable and securely close the rubber flap to maintain the IP67 waterproof rating.

• Storage: Store the light in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for extended periods, ensure the battery is partially charged (around 50%) to preserve battery health.
• Waterproofing: Always ensure the USB port's rubber flap is securely closed when not charging to maintain its IP67 waterproof rating.
• Impact Resistance: While FL-1 impact resistant, avoid unnecessary drops or harsh impacts to prevent damage.
