Setup and Assembly

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the jars, lids, and blades with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor unit in water.
3. Placement: Place the motor unit on a stable, flat, and dry surface, away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
4. Assembling a Jar:
   • Ensure the blade assembly is securely fitted into the jar.
   • Place the ingredients into the chosen jar. Do not exceed the maximum fill line.
   • Securely place the lid on the jar.
   • Place the assembled jar onto the motor unit, aligning the grooves on the jar base with the locking mechanism on the motor unit. Twist clockwise until it locks securely into place.
5. Power Connection: Ensure the speed control knob is in the "OFF" position before plugging the appliance into a suitable power outlet.

Operating Instructions

The Bajaj GX-1 Mixer Grinder features a 3-speed control with an incher function for precise operation.

1. Preparation: Ensure the jar is correctly assembled and locked onto the motor unit. The lid must be securely in place.
2. Power On: Plug the mixer grinder into a power outlet.
3. Speed Selection:
   • Turn the speed control knob clockwise to select desired speed:
     • N1: Low speed, suitable for light grinding and blending.
     • N2: Medium speed, for general grinding and mixing.
     • N3: High speed, for heavy-duty grinding and quick blending.
   • INCH (Momentary Operation): For short bursts of power, turn the knob counter-clockwise to the "INCH" position and release. This is useful for whipping, pulsing, or breaking down larger chunks.
4. Operation Time: Do not operate the mixer grinder continuously for more than 5 minutes. Allow a cooling period of at least 2-3 minutes between cycles to prevent motor overheating.
5. Stopping Operation: Turn the speed control knob back to the "OFF" position. Wait for the blades to stop completely before removing the jar.
6. Removing Jar: Twist the jar counter-clockwise to unlock it from the motor unit, then lift it off.

• Cut large ingredients into smaller pieces before placing them in the jar.
• If the motor stops due to overload, the motor overload protector will activate. Turn off the appliance, unplug it, and wait for a few minutes for the motor to cool down before restarting.
