Setup and Assembly
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.

- Assembling a Jar:
- Ensure the blade assembly is securely fitted into the jar.
- Place the ingredients into the chosen jar. Do not exceed the maximum fill line.
- Securely place the lid on the jar.
- Place the assembled jar onto the motor unit, aligning the grooves on the jar base with the locking mechanism on the motor unit. Twist clockwise until it locks securely into place.

Operating Instructions

- Preparation: Ensure the jar is correctly assembled and locked onto the motor unit. The lid must be securely in place.
- Power On: Plug the mixer grinder into a power outlet.
- Speed Selection:
- Turn the speed control knob clockwise to select desired speed:
- N1: Low speed, suitable for light grinding and blending.

- INCH (Momentary Operation): For short bursts of power, turn the knob counter-clockwise to the "INCH" position and release. This is useful for whipping, pulsing, or breaking down larger chunks.
- Turn the speed control knob clockwise to select desired speed:
- Operation Time: Do not operate the mixer grinder continuously for more than 5 minutes. Allow a cooling period of at least 2-3 minutes between cycles to prevent motor overheating.
- Stopping Operation: Turn the speed control knob back to the "OFF" position. Wait for the blades to stop completely before removing the jar.
- Removing Jar: Twist the jar counter-clockwise to unlock it from the motor unit, then lift it off.

- For wet grinding, add sufficient water to ensure smooth operation and prevent strain on the motor.
- For dry grinding, ensure ingredients are completely dry to achieve a fine powder.
- Cut large ingredients into smaller pieces before placing them in the jar.
- If the motor stops due to overload, the motor overload protector will activate. Turn off the appliance, unplug it, and wait for a few minutes for the motor to cool down before restarting.
