1. Introduction

The Miktver 10.1-inch Security Monitor (Model MK10-6) is a versatile and compact display designed for various applications, including CCTV surveillance systems, home and office monitoring, and as a secondary display for computers or gaming consoles. 2. What's in the Box

Upon unpacking, please verify that all the following items are included:

3. Setup

3.1 Assembling the Stand

  1. Carefully remove the monitor and adjustable stand from the packaging.
  2. Attach the adjustable stand to the back of the monitor. Ensure it clicks securely into place or is fastened with the provided screws/knobs.
  3. Place the monitor on a stable, flat surface. If desired, use the included stand-sticker for additional stability.

3.2 Connecting to a Power Source

  • Connect the DC Power Adapter to the "DC 12V" port on the monitor.
  • Plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet. The monitor should power on or enter standby mode.

3.3 Connecting Input Devices

The Miktver monitor supports multiple input types. Choose the appropriate cable and port for your device:

  • HDMI: Use the HDMI cable to connect to devices such as computers, laptops, gaming consoles (e.g., Nintendo Switch), TV boxes, or DSLR cameras.
  • VGA: Use the VGA cable to connect to older computers or laptops.
  • BNC: Connect CCTV cameras or NVR systems using a BNC cable.
  • AV (RCA): Use RCA cables (yellow for video, red/white for audio) to connect to devices like DVD players or older surveillance equipment.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Power On/Off

Press the Power button located on the front panel or use the remote control to turn the monitor on or off.

4.2 Selecting Input Source

Press the Input/Source button on the front panel or the remote control to cycle through available input sources (HDMI, VGA, BNC, AV). The monitor will automatically detect an active signal.

4.3 Menu Navigation

Use the Menu button to access the on-screen display (OSD) menu. Navigate through options using the arrow buttons and confirm selections with the Enter/OK button. Adjust settings such as brightness, contrast, color, and aspect ratio.

4.4 Volume Control

The monitor features built-in dual speakers. Adjust the volume using the Volume Up (+) and Volume Down (-) buttons on the front panel or the remote control.

4.5 Using as a Secondary Monitor

Connect the monitor to your computer or laptop via HDMI or VGA. You can configure it as an extended display or duplicate your main screen through your operating system's display settings.

4.6 Surveillance Applications

5. Maintenance

6. Troubleshooting
