4. Maintenance
4.1 Battery Replacement
The Sequra H2 requires 4 x AA alkaline batteries (not included). Using top-quality batteries from a single brand can provide up to 2 years of battery life. The lock will indicate low battery status. Replace all four batteries simultaneously when indicated.
4.2 Emergency Power
In the event of complete battery outage, you can gain immediate emergency power by connecting a power bank to the USB-C port located on the underside of the exterior knob. This allows you to operate the lock and replace the batteries.
4.3 Cleaning
Wipe the lock's exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the metallic finish or electronic components.
5. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your HOLOMARQ Sequra H2, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |

| Keypad unresponsive | Low batteries; incorrect code entered. | Replace batteries. Re-enter code carefully. Use emergency power via USB-C. |
| Lock does not engage/disengage | Latch obstruction; mechanical issue; low batteries. | Check for obstructions in the door frame. Replace batteries. If issue persists, contact customer support. |
