2. Adjust Fineness: To adjust the grinding fineness, gently turn the cork hopper. Turning it clockwise typically results in finer flour, while counter-clockwise yields coarser flour. The grinding fineness can be continuously adjusted to less than 0.3 mm.

3. Place Collection Bowl: Position a bowl or container directly under the flour spout to collect the freshly ground flour.
4. Start Grinding: Turn on the mill using the power switch. The mill will begin to process the grains. It grinds approximately 100 grams of wheat per minute.
