Operating Instructions

Always ensure the appliance is unplugged before attaching or removing jars.

General Operation

  1. Prepare ingredients and place them into the appropriate jar. Do not overfill; ensure ingredients are below the maximum fill line.
  2. Securely place the lid on the jar.
  3. Place the jar onto the motor unit, aligning the locking tabs, and twist clockwise until it locks into place.
  4. Plug in the appliance.
  5. Turn the control knob to the desired speed setting (usually 1, 2, 3, or Pulse). Start with a lower speed and gradually increase if needed.
  6. After processing, turn the control knob to 'OFF' and unplug the appliance.
  7. Wait for the blades to stop completely before removing the jar. Twist the jar counter-clockwise to unlock and lift it off the motor unit.

Note: Do not operate the mixer grinder continuously for more than 5 minutes. Allow a cooling period of 2-3 minutes before resuming operation.

Maintenance and Cleaning
