Operating Instructions
Always ensure the appliance is unplugged before attaching or removing jars.
General Operation
- Prepare ingredients and place them into the appropriate jar. Do not overfill; ensure ingredients are below the maximum fill line.
- Securely place the lid on the jar.
- Place the jar onto the motor unit, aligning the locking tabs, and twist clockwise until it locks into place.
- Plug in the appliance.
- Turn the control knob to the desired speed setting (usually 1, 2, 3, or Pulse). Start with a lower speed and gradually increase if needed.
- After processing, turn the control knob to 'OFF' and unplug the appliance.
- Wait for the blades to stop completely before removing the jar. Twist the jar counter-clockwise to unlock and lift it off the motor unit.
Specific Applications
- Wet Grinding/Blending (Liquidizing Jar): Use for making purees, shakes, smoothies, and batters. Add liquids as required for smooth consistency.
- Dry Grinding (Dry Grinding Jar): Ideal for grinding spices, nuts, and grains. Ensure ingredients are completely dry for best results. Operate in short bursts to prevent overheating.
- Chutney Making (Chutney Jar): For small quantities of pastes and chutneys. Use the pulse function for better control over consistency.
Note: Do not operate the mixer grinder continuously for more than 5 minutes. Allow a cooling period of 2-3 minutes before resuming operation.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and hygienic operation of your mixer grinder.
- Unplug: Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet before cleaning.
