1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the SwFoer Swimmer Portable Bluetooth Speaker. This device is designed to provide high-quality audio with the added convenience of portability, IPX7 waterproofing, and colorful LED lighting. It is suitable for various environments, including pools, bathtubs, and outdoor activities. Please read this manual carefully to ensure proper use and maintenance of your speaker.

  1. USB Type-C Port: For charging the speaker.
  2. Light Switch Button: Press to cycle through LED light modes or turn lights off.
  3. Previous Track / Volume Down Button:
    • Short press: Go to the previous track.
    • Long press: Decrease volume.
  4. Play/Pause Button: Press to play or pause audio.
  5. Next Track / Volume Up Button:
    • Short press: Go to the next track.
    • Long press: Increase volume.
  6. On/Off Button: Press and hold to power the speaker on or off.

4. Charging the Speaker

Before first use, fully charge the speaker.

  1. Locate the USB Type-C charging port on the speaker.
  2. Connect the provided Type-C USB cable to the speaker's charging port.
  3. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
  4. The charging indicator light will illuminate during charging.
  5. Charging typically takes approximately 8 hours for a full charge.
  6. Once fully charged, the indicator light will change or turn off (refer to specific light behavior in the future if available). Disconnect the charging cable.

A full charge provides up to 8 hours of playback time.

5. Setup and Bluetooth Pairing

Follow these steps to connect your speaker to a Bluetooth-enabled device.

  1. Power On: Press and hold the On/Off button (6) for a few seconds until you hear an audible prompt or see an indicator light. The speaker will enter Bluetooth pairing mode, indicated by a flashing LED.
  2. Activate Bluetooth on Your Device: On your smartphone, tablet, or other Bluetooth-enabled device, go to the Bluetooth settings and ensure Bluetooth is turned on.
  3. Search for Devices: Your device will scan for available Bluetooth devices. Look for "SwFoer Swimmer" or a similar name in the list.
  4. Pair: Select "SwFoer Swimmer" from the list to initiate pairing. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation sound, and the speaker's LED indicator will stop flashing and remain solid.
  5. Start Playback: You can now play audio from your device through the SwFoer Swimmer speaker.

The speaker utilizes Bluetooth 5.0 technology, offering a stable connection range of up to 10 meters (33 feet).

6. Operating the Speaker

6.1. Power On/Off

  • To Power On: Press and hold the On/Off button (6) until the speaker activates.
  • To Power Off: Press and hold the On/Off button (6) until the speaker deactivates.

6.2. Music Playback

  • Play/Pause: Press the Play/Pause button (4) to toggle between playing and pausing audio.
  • Next Track: Short press the Next Track / Volume Up button (5).
  • Previous Track: Short press the Previous Track / Volume Down button (3).
  • Volume Up: Long press the Next Track / Volume Up button (5).
  • Volume Down: Long press the Previous Track / Volume Down button (3).

6.3. LED Light Control

The speaker features 9 RGB LEDs that can display 8 brilliant light colors.

  • Press the Light Switch button (2) to cycle through the available light modes and colors.
  • Continue pressing to find your desired light setting or to turn the lights off.

7. Maintenance

Proper care will extend the life of your SwFoer Swimmer speaker.

  • Cleaning: Wipe the speaker with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical solvents. Ensure the charging port cover is securely closed before cleaning or exposing to water.
  • Storage: Store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Water Exposure: While the speaker is IPX7 waterproof, ensure the charging port cover is always sealed tightly when using it near water or submerging it. After use in chlorinated or saltwater, rinse the speaker with fresh water and dry thoroughly.
  • Battery Care: To maintain battery health, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the speaker regularly, even if not in use for extended periods.

8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your speaker, refer to the following common problems and solutions.
