Setup

Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the Redmi Buds 4 Lite and their charging case. Connect the provided Type-C cable to the charging port on the case and a power source. The indicator light on the case will show the charging status.

Pairing with Your Device

To pair the earbuds with your device:

1. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth.
3. Search for available Bluetooth devices and select "Redmi Buds 4 Lite" from the list.
4. For Android devices, Google Fast Pair allows for quick pairing by simply opening the case near your device and following the on-screen prompts.
5. Once connected, the earbuds are ready for use.

Operating Instructions

Touch Controls

The Redmi Buds 4 Lite feature intuitive touch controls on each earbud:

• Double Tap: Play/Pause music, Answer/End calls.
• Triple Tap: Skip to next track, Decline calls.
• Press and Hold (either earbud): Activate/Deactivate Low Latency Mode.

Low Latency Mode

• No sound from one earbud: Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open it again. This often re-syncs them.
• Charging issues: Check the Type-C cable and charging adapter. Ensure the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are clean and free of debris.
• Low volume: Adjust the volume on both your connected device and the earbuds (if touch controls allow volume adjustment).
