Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials, stickers, and accessories from the deep fryer.
- Clean: Before first use, wash the frying basket, oil tank, and lid in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the exterior of the fryer with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit (with heating element and controls) in water.
- Assemble: Place the oil tank securely into the main unit. Ensure the heating element is correctly positioned. Insert the frying basket into the oil tank.
- Fill with Oil: Pour cooking oil into the oil tank. Ensure the oil level is between the MIN and MAX indicators marked inside the tank. Do not overfill or underfill. The capacity is 3 liters.
- Placement: Place the deep fryer on a stable, heat-resistant, and dry surface, away from walls and flammable materials. Ensure adequate ventilation.
Operating Instructions
- Connect Power: Ensure the fryer is properly assembled and filled with oil. Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet (220V, 50Hz).
- Set Temperature: Turn the temperature control knob to your desired frying temperature. Refer to cooking charts for recommended temperatures for different foods.
- Preheat Oil: The indicator light will illuminate, signaling that the heating element is active. Allow the oil to preheat until the indicator light turns off, indicating the set temperature has been reached. This may take several minutes.
- Load Food: Carefully place food into the frying basket. Do not overload the basket, as this can lower the oil temperature and result in soggy food. Lower the basket slowly into the hot oil.
- Fry: Fry food for the recommended time, stirring occasionally if necessary to ensure even cooking.
- Remove Food: Once cooked, carefully lift the frying basket out of the oil. Allow excess oil to drain back into the tank.
- Serve: Transfer fried food to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any remaining oil.
- Turn Off: After use, turn the temperature control knob to the "OFF" position and unplug the appliance from the wall outlet.
Important: Always ensure food is dry before frying to prevent oil splattering. Do not leave the fryer unattended while in operation.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your deep fryer.
- Cool Down: Always unplug the fryer and allow the oil and appliance to cool completely before cleaning. This may take several hours.
- Drain Oil: Once cooled, carefully drain the oil from the tank. Filtered oil can be reused for a limited number of times depending on the food fried.
- Disassemble: Remove the frying basket, oil tank, and lid.
- Clean Components: Wash the frying basket, oil tank, and lid in warm, soapy water. Use a non-abrasive sponge or brush. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. These parts may be dishwasher safe, but always check the product manual for specific instructions.
- Clean Main Unit: Wipe the exterior of the main unit and the heating element with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a mild detergent. Never immerse the main unit, heating element, or power cord in water or any other liquid.
- Storage: Once all parts are clean and dry, reassemble the fryer or store components separately in a clean, dry place.
