Setup

1. Power On/Off: Press the Power key (stand-alone power button) to turn the device on. Press and hold to turn off. The device has an automatic shutdown feature after 10 minutes of operation.
2. Insert Hand: Gently place your hand into the massager opening, ensuring your palm and fingers are comfortably positioned. Remove all jewelry before use.
3. Select Mode: Press the Mode key to cycle through the 3 available massage techniques (programs). The corresponding indicator lights will illuminate.
4. Adjust Force: Press the Force key to adjust the intensity of the compression massage. There are 3 gears (levels) of force.
5. Activate Heat: Press the Heating key to turn on the heat function. The heating indicator light will turn red. Press again to cycle through 5 heat levels or turn off the heat.
6. Vibration: Press the Vibration key to activate or deactivate the vibration function.
7. Usage Duration: Each massage program runs for 10 minutes. It is recommended to use the massager for a maximum of 30 minutes per session.
8. Charging Note: The device cannot be used while charging. The function key indicators will flash from left to right, and the three lights of the function key will be on when fully charged.
