1. Introduction

3. Setup Guide

Follow these steps to set up your GOWENIC 4G Mobile WiFi Router:

1. Insert SIM Card:

   Carefully remove the back cover of the router. Locate the SIM card slot. Insert your activated 4G SIM card into the slot with the gold contacts facing down and the notched corner aligned correctly. Ensure it clicks into place.

2. Insert Battery:

   Place the provided 2100mAh lithium-ion battery into the battery compartment, ensuring the contacts align with those in the router. Replace the back cover firmly.

3. Charge the Device:

   Connect the USB charging cable to the router's micro USB port and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. The battery indicator on the display will show charging status. Fully charge the device before first use.

4. Power On:

   Press and hold the power button (usually located on the side or top) for a few seconds until the display lights up and the device starts. The 4G signal indicator should appear once a network connection is established.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Connecting Devices to Wi-Fi

Once the router is powered on and has established a 4G connection, you can connect your devices:

1. On your smartphone, tablet, laptop, or other Wi-Fi enabled device, go to the Wi-Fi settings.
2. Search for available Wi-Fi networks.
3. Locate the network name (SSID) for your GOWENIC router. This is typically found on a label inside the battery compartment (e.g., "MiFi-529" as shown in Figure 3).
4. Select the network and enter the Wi-Fi password (WIFI KEY) also found on the label (e.g., "1234567890").
5. Your device should now be connected to the internet. The router supports up to 10 simultaneous device connections.

4.2 Accessing the Web Management Interface

You can manage your router settings through a web interface:

1. Ensure your device is connected to the router's Wi-Fi network.
2. Open a web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Edge).
3. In the address bar, type the default IP address: 192.168.100.1 (as shown in Figure 3) and press Enter.
4. You will be prompted for a username and password. The default username is typically user admin and the password is admin (refer to the label in Figure 3 for exact details).
5. From the web interface, you can change Wi-Fi name and password, view connected devices, check data usage, and configure other advanced settings.

• Keep Dry: Avoid exposing the device to water, moisture, or high humidity.
