For the simulated marble finish, use extreme caution; some cleaning agents or even adhesive tapes may remove the paint or finish. Test any cleaning solution on an inconspicuous area first.

Regularly check the power cord for damage. Ensure air vents are clear of dust and debris to maintain proper airflow and heating efficiency.
6. Troubleshooting
- Fireplace does not turn on:

- Check the circuit breaker.
- Verify the power switch on the unit is in the "ON" position.
- No heat output:
- Confirm the heater function is activated via manual control or remote.
- Check for any obstructions in the heater vents.
- Accent lighting cord too short:
- Some units may have a shorter accent lighting cord. If unable to connect, carefully re-route the cable or consider drilling a new exit hole if comfortable with modifications, ensuring not to damage other components. Contact support if unsure.
