4. Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your floating TV shelf. A power drill with appropriate bits will be helpful.

1. Attach Hinges to Drop-down Door: Secure the hinges to the designated pre-drilled holes on the drop-down door panel using the provided screws.
2. Install Magnetic Catch: Attach the magnetic catch component to the drop-down door panel.
3. Insert Dowels: Insert the wooden dowels into the pre-drilled holes on the side support panels and the main shelf boards.
4. Assemble Side Supports: Connect the side support panels to the bottom main shelf board, ensuring the dowels align correctly.
5. Attach Top Shelf Board: Carefully align and attach the top main shelf board to the assembled side supports and bottom board. Secure with screws.
6. Install Drop-down Door: Attach the drop-down door panel to the main shelf unit by securing the hinges to the corresponding pre-drilled holes. Ensure the magnetic catch aligns properly.

3. Insert Wall Anchors: Insert the appropriate wall anchors into the pilot holes. For gypsum walls, specialized drywall anchors are recommended if the pre-drilled holes do not align with wall studs.
4. Mount the Shelf: Align the shelf with the installed wall anchors. Insert the mounting screws through the shelf's pre-drilled holes and into the wall anchors. Tighten securely until the shelf is firm against the wall. Do not overtighten.
5. Verify Stability: Gently pull on the shelf to ensure it is securely mounted and does not wobble.

6. Operating Instructions

Your Pmnianhua floating TV shelf is designed for convenient storage and organization.

• Cable Management: Utilize the integrated cable holes on the top surface to route power cords and signal cables for your TV and media devices. This helps maintain a tidy appearance and prevents cable clutter.
