Setup
Installing Batteries
The remote control requires 2 x AAA batteries (not included).
- Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the remote control.
- Slide the cover downwards or press the latch and lift to open.
- Insert two AAA batteries, ensuring the correct polarity (+ and -) as indicated inside the compartment.
- Replace the battery compartment cover, ensuring it clicks securely into place.

Operating Instructions
Ensure your GYMFORM Leg Action massager is plugged into a power outlet and switched on (if it has a physical power switch).
- Power On/Off: Press the ON/OFF button (1) to turn the massager unit on or off.
- Start/Stop Massage: Once the unit is powered on, press the Start / Stop button (4) to begin or pause the massage.
- Select Program Mode:
- Press the Program (P) button (3) to cycle through automatic massage programs. The massager will automatically adjust speed and intensity according to the selected program.
- Press the Manual (M) button (8) to enter manual mode, allowing you to adjust speed and time independently.
- Adjust Speed: In manual mode, use the Speed + button (5) to increase the massage speed/intensity and the Speed - button (7) to decrease it.
- Adjust Time: Use the Time + button (6) to increase the massage duration and the Time - button (2) to decrease it.
Note: For optimal performance, ensure the remote control is pointed towards the massager unit during operation.
