Worldwide Plug Compatibility

This adapter is designed to be compatible with electrical outlets in over 200 countries and regions. It features retractable pins for various plug types:

• Type C: Most popular type for Europe (e.g., France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Iceland, Greece).
• Type G: For UK, Ireland, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore.
• Type I: For China, Australia, New Zealand, Argentina.
• Type A: For USA, Mexico, Canada, Japan.

Note: This adapter does NOT work in India and South Africa.

Charging Capabilities

The MOMAX Universal Travel Adapter is equipped with multiple ports to charge all your devices efficiently:

• 3 x USB-C Ports: Supports PD3.0 fast charging, with one port capable of reaching an incredible 35W output.
• 2 x USB-A Ports: Supports QC3.0 fast charging.
• 1 x AC Outlet: Accepts various plugs from US, EU, UK, AU, and China, with a maximum output of 1250W in the US.

Setup and Usage

Extending Plugs

To use the appropriate plug for your region, simply slide the corresponding lever on the side of the adapter:

• Slide the 'USA/AUS' lever to extend the Type A or Type I pins.
• Slide the 'UK' lever to extend the Type G pins.
• Slide the 'EU' lever to extend the Type C pins.

Using Charging Ports

Once the correct plug is extended and inserted into a wall outlet, you can connect your devices:

• USB-C/USB-A: Plug your USB-C or USB-A cables directly into the designated ports on the adapter.
• AC Outlet: Insert your device's power plug into the universal AC outlet.

Important Voltage Information

This adapter does NOT convert voltage.

Ensure that your electronic devices are dual voltage compatible (input spec reads “100-240V, 50/60Hz”) before plugging them into the AC outlet. Using non-dual voltage devices with incorrect voltage can cause damage to your device or the adapter. High-power appliances over 2000W (e.g., hair dryers, irons, electric kettles) are generally NOT recommended for use with this adapter, even if dual voltage, due to potential hazards and the built-in 10A fuse limit.

Operating Instructions

Using your MOMAX Universal Travel Adapter is straightforward:

1. Select the appropriate plug type for your destination by sliding the corresponding lever.
2. Firmly insert the adapter into the wall outlet.
3. Connect your devices to the available USB-C, USB-A, or AC ports. The adapter will automatically detect and deliver the optimal charging current for each connected device.

Care and Maintenance

• Keep the adapter dry and away from moisture.
• Avoid exposing the adapter to extreme temperatures.
• Clean the adapter with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners.
• Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the adapter yourself. Contact customer support if needed.

Replacing the Fuse

The adapter includes a replaceable 10A fuse and a spare fuse for convenience. If the adapter stops working due to an overload, you may need to replace the fuse:

1. Locate the fuse compartment on the side of the adapter (often near the plug sliders).
2. Carefully open the fuse compartment using a small flat-head screwdriver or a similar tool.
3. Remove the blown fuse and insert the spare fuse.
4. Close the fuse compartment securely.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

No Power Output

• Check the fuse: The 10A fuse might have blown due to an overload. Replace it if necessary.
• Check the wall outlet: Ensure the wall outlet is functioning correctly by testing it with another device.
• Check device compatibility: Verify that your device is dual voltage compatible if using the AC outlet.

Slow Charging

• Check your cable: Ensure you are using a high-quality cable that supports fast charging (PD/QC).
• Device charging standard: Some devices may not support the adapter's fast charging standards (PD3.0/QC3.0).
• Too many devices: Charging multiple devices simultaneously may distribute the total power, leading to slower charging for individual devices. Try charging fewer devices at once.
