Safety Information
- Always assemble the gazebo with at least two adults.
- Ensure all parts are present and undamaged before assembly. Do not proceed with assembly if any parts are missing or damaged.
- Securely anchor the gazebo to the ground using the provided expansion bolts for concrete surfaces or appropriate stakes for soft ground. Failure to do so may result in instability and potential damage or injury.
- Do not use the gazebo in extreme weather conditions, including strong winds (above Level 7), heavy rain, or significant snowfall. Remove the canopy fabric during such conditions to prevent damage.
- Keep all flame and heat sources away from the gazebo fabric.
- Regularly inspect the frame and fabric for wear and tear. Replace damaged parts immediately.
- Ensure proper drainage around the gazebo to prevent water accumulation.

Setup and Assembly
Assembly typically requires two adults and can take several hours. Follow the numbered steps in the included assembly diagram. Do not overtighten bolts until all sections are loosely connected.
- Prepare the Site: Choose a flat, level area for your gazebo. Clear any debris or obstacles. Ensure adequate space for the gazebo's dimensions (4L x 3W x 2.7H meters).
- Assemble the Base Frame: Connect the horizontal base poles to the corner posts. Ensure all connections are secure but not fully tightened yet.
- Install Vertical Posts: Attach the main vertical posts to the base frame. The thickened square tube frame provides enhanced stability.
- Construct the Roof Frame: Assemble the roof support beams and connectors. This structure is designed to support up to 113.4 kg (250 lbs).
- Attach Canopy Fabrics: Carefully drape the main canopy fabric over the roof frame, ensuring it is centered. Then, attach the smaller top canopy fabric, aligning it with the double roof design for ventilation.
- Install Mosquito Nets and Privacy Screens: Hang the mosquito nets and privacy screens from the designated tracks or hooks on the frame. Ensure zippers are functional.
- Secure the Gazebo:
- For concrete surfaces: Use the provided 12 expansion bolts to firmly anchor each post.
- For soft ground (lawn/soil): Use the provided 12 stakes to secure the base of each post.
- For additional stability, especially in windy conditions, attach the 4 ropes to the D-rings on the corners and secure them to the ground.
- Final Tightening: Once all components are in place and aligned, fully tighten all bolts and screws.

Operating Instructions
Ventilation and Mosquito Protection
The gazebo features a double-layered roof design that promotes airflow, keeping the interior cool. Mosquito nets are integrated between the two roof layers to prevent insects from entering while maintaining ventilation.

Privacy and Weather Protection
The gazebo is equipped with zippered mosquito nets and waterproof privacy screens. These can be independently opened or closed to provide privacy, block wind, or offer additional protection from light rain. Use the convenient elastic buckles to tie back the screens when not in use.

Decoration Hooks
Newly added hooks on the roof frame allow for easy hanging of decorative lights, fans, or other lightweight items to enhance your outdoor experience.

Maintenance
- Cleaning the Fabric: Clean the polyester fabric with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as this may damage the waterproof and UV-resistant coating. Allow the fabric to air dry completely before storage.
- Frame Care: Wipe the galvanized iron frame with a damp cloth to remove dirt and dust. Inspect for any signs of rust or damage, especially at connection points.
- Water Drainage: The gazebo roof is designed with water leakage holes to prevent water accumulation and increase structural stability. Ensure these holes remain clear of debris.
- Seasonal Storage: For prolonged periods of non-use or during severe weather (heavy snow, strong winds), it is recommended to remove the canopy fabric and store it in a dry, protected area. This extends the lifespan of the fabric and prevents damage to the structure.
- Check Fasteners: Periodically check all bolts, screws, and anchors to ensure they remain tight and secure.

Troubleshooting
- Gazebo feels unstable:
- Ensure all frame connections are fully tightened.
- Verify that the gazebo is properly anchored to the ground using expansion bolts (for concrete) or stakes (for soft ground).
- Utilize the provided ropes for additional stability, especially in windy conditions.
- Check if the ground is level. Uneven ground can affect stability.
- Water pooling on the roof:
- Ensure the canopy fabric is stretched taut and correctly installed.
- Check that the water leakage holes are not blocked by debris.
- In heavy rain, some pooling may occur; consider removing the canopy if prolonged heavy rain is expected.
- Mosquitoes entering the gazebo:
- Ensure all mosquito nets are fully zipped and properly closed.
- Check for any gaps between the nets and the frame.
- Verify that the netting between the double roof layers is intact and correctly positioned.
