Setup
1. Charging the Battery
Before first use, fully charge the battery. Connect the charger to a power outlet and then to the battery. The indicator light on the charger will show the charging status. A full charge typically takes 1-2 hours.
2. Installing the Battery
Align the battery with the battery slot at the base of the chainsaw handle. Push the battery firmly until it clicks into place. To remove, press the release button on the battery and pull it out.
3. Chain and Guide Bar Installation/Adjustment
The chain and guide bar may come pre-assembled. If not, or if adjustment is needed:
- Ensure the battery is removed.
- Loosen the guide cover screws using the provided wrench tool.
- Place the chain around the guide bar, ensuring the cutting edges face the correct direction (refer to markings on the chain).
- Fit the guide bar onto the chainsaw body, aligning the chain with the drive sprocket.
- Adjust the chain tension using the tensioning screw. The chain should be snug but still able to be pulled freely around the guide bar by hand. It should not sag from the bottom of the guide bar.
- Tighten the guide cover screws securely.
4. Installing the Anti-Splash Deflector (Safety Bezel)
Attach the anti-splash deflector to the designated slot above the guide bar. This deflector helps protect against sawdust and debris during operation.
Operating Instructions
1. Starting the Chainsaw
With the battery installed and all safety components in place:
- Hold the chainsaw firmly with both hands.
- Press and hold the Lock Button (safety switch).
- While holding the Lock Button, press the Switch Button (trigger) to start the motor and engage the chain.
- Release the Lock Button once the chainsaw is running. The chainsaw will continue to run as long as the Switch Button is pressed.
- To stop, release the Switch Button.
2. Cutting Techniques

3. Overload Protection
The chainsaw is equipped with an overload protection function. If the motor overheats due to excessive load, it will automatically stop to prevent damage. If this occurs, release the trigger, allow the tool to cool down, and then resume operation with less force.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your chainsaw. Always remove the battery before performing any maintenance.
1. Chain Lubrication
The plastic oil bottle is provided for manual chain lubrication. Apply a small amount of chain oil (not included) to the chain and guide bar regularly, especially before and during extended use, to reduce friction and wear.
2. Cleaning
After each use, clean sawdust, debris, and sap from the guide bar, chain, and motor housing. Use a brush or compressed air. Do not use water or harsh chemicals.
3. Chain Sharpening/Replacement
A dull chain will reduce cutting efficiency and increase strain on the motor. Sharpen the chain as needed or replace it if it becomes excessively worn or damaged. Refer to a qualified service technician for chain sharpening if you are unsure.
4. Storage
When not in use, store the chainsaw in its travel case in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Ensure the battery is removed and stored separately, partially charged (not fully charged or fully discharged) for optimal battery life.
