4. Setup

4.1 Attaching the Blower Nozzle

  1. Align the tabs on the blower nozzle with the slots on the blower unit's air outlet.
  2. Insert the nozzle into the outlet.
  3. Twist the nozzle clockwise until it clicks securely into place. Ensure it is firmly locked before use.

4.2 Inserting/Removing the Battery

This tool is part of the Bosch 18V System and requires an 18V Lithium-Ion battery (sold separately).

  • Inserting: Slide the charged battery into the battery slot on the blower unit until it clicks into place.
  • Removing: Press the battery release button and slide the battery out of the slot.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Powering On/Off

  • To turn on the blower, press and hold the ON/OFF trigger switch located on the handle.
  • To turn off the blower, release the ON/OFF trigger switch.

5.2 Speed Control

The UniversalLeafBlower 18V-130 features a 2-speed control to optimize power, noise, and runtime based on your needs.

  • The blower offers two speed settings: a lower speed for lighter debris and longer runtime, and a higher speed for tougher tasks and faster cleaning.
  • Adjust the speed by sliding the speed selector switch (if present) or by varying pressure on the trigger, depending on the model variant. Refer to the specific markings on your tool.

6. Maintenance
