4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Powering On/Off
- Sensor: Use the ON/OFF switch located on the side of the sensor. An LED indicator will confirm power status.
- Receiver: The receiver powers on automatically when plugged into an active electrical outlet.
4.2 Adjusting Alert Modes and Volume
The receiver offers two alert modes and three volume levels.
- Alert Modes:
- LED Flash / Sound: The receiver will flash its LED and play a selected chime when motion is detected.
- LED Flash Only: The receiver will only flash its LED when motion is detected, providing a silent alert.
- Volume Control: Use the volume control button on the receiver to cycle through three levels: High, Medium, and Low (25-80dB).

Image 4.1: The receiver offers various volume settings, from mute (0dB) to high (80dB), suitable for different environments.
4.3 Selecting Ringtones
The receiver provides 38 different ringtones. Use the chime selection button on the receiver to cycle through the available options and choose your preferred alert sound.
5. Maintenance
- Battery Replacement: Replace the 3 AAA batteries in the motion sensor when the detection range decreases or the LED indicator on the sensor becomes dim.
- Cleaning: Wipe the sensor and receiver with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse units in water.
- Environmental Considerations: The sensor is weatherproof and designed for outdoor use, operating in temperatures from 4°F to 140°F. However, avoid direct exposure to heavy rain or extreme weather conditions for prolonged periods.
