2. Safety Instructions

Please read and understand all safety instructions before operating the V-TAC VT-606 Power Station. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.

  • Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the unit. Incorrect reassembly may cause fire or electric shock.

4. Setup

4.1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the V-TAC VT-606 Power Station. This ensures optimal battery performance and longevity.

  1. Connect the included AC adapter to the DC input port (1) on the power station.
  2. Plug the AC adapter into a standard wall outlet (230V).
  3. The LCD display (3) will show the charging status and battery percentage.
  4. Charging is complete when the display shows 100%. This typically takes approximately 7.5 hours.

5. Operation

5.1. Charging the Power Station

The VT-606 can be charged using three methods:

  • AC Wall Charger: Connect the included AC adapter to the DC input port and a 230V wall outlet. (Approx. 7.5 hours)
  • Car Charger: Connect the included car charger to the DC input port and your vehicle's 12V cigarette lighter socket. (Approx. 9 hours)
  • Solar Panel (Sold Separately): Connect a compatible solar panel (e.g., 100W) to the DC input port. Ensure the solar panel is positioned to receive maximum sunlight. (Approx. 10 hours for a 100W panel)

The power station can be used to power devices even while it is being charged.

5.2. Using AC Output

  1. Press the Power Button (2) to turn on the unit.
  2. Press the AC Output Button (4) to activate the AC outlet. The AC indicator on the LCD display will illuminate.
  3. Plug your device into the AC Outlet (5).
  4. When finished, press the AC Output Button (4) again to turn off the AC output.

Note: The total power consumption of connected AC devices should not exceed 500W. If it exceeds 1000W (peak), the unit will automatically shut down to prevent damage.

5.3. Using DC Output (12V, USB-A, USB-C)

  1. Press the Power Button (2) to turn on the unit.
  2. Press the DC Output Button (6) to activate the DC 12V and USB ports. The DC indicator on the LCD display will illuminate.
  3. Connect your devices to the appropriate ports:
    • USB-A Ports (7): For standard USB charging.
    • USB-C Port (8): For fast charging compatible USB-C devices.
    • DC 12V-10A Output Ports (9): For 12V devices.
  4. When finished, press the DC Output Button (6) again to turn off the DC outputs.

5.4. Using Wireless Charging

  1. Press the Power Button (2) to turn on the unit.
  2. Place your Qi-compatible smartphone on the Wireless Charging Pad (10).
  3. Ensure the phone is centered on the pad for optimal charging. The charging indicator on your phone will confirm charging has started.
  4. Wireless charging will automatically stop when the phone is fully charged or removed.

5.5. Using the LED Flashlight

  1. Press the Power Button (2) to turn on the unit.
  2. Locate the LED Flashlight (11) button (often integrated with the DC button or a separate button). Press it once to turn on the flashlight.
  3. Press again to cycle through different modes (e.g., low, high, SOS, if available).
  4. Press and hold (or press multiple times) to turn off the flashlight.

5.6. Understanding the LCD Display

The LCD Display (3) provides real-time information about the power station's status:

  • Battery Level Indicator: Shows the remaining battery percentage.
  • Input Wattage: Displays the power (in Watts) currently being drawn for charging.
  • Output Wattage: Displays the power (in Watts) currently being supplied to connected devices (separated for AC and DC).
  • AC/DC Indicators: Show which output ports are active.
  • Warning Icons: May appear for over-temperature, overload, or other error conditions.

6. Maintenance

6.1. Storage

  • Store the power station in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • For long-term storage, charge the unit to approximately 50-80% every 3-6 months to maintain battery health.
  • Avoid storing in environments with high humidity or corrosive gases.

6.2. Cleaning

  • Wipe the exterior with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
