1. Product Overview

The Godox Xpro II-N is a professional wireless flash transmitter designed for Nikon cameras. 2. Setup and Installation

2.1 Battery Installation

The Xpro II-N uses two AA batteries. Open the battery compartment cover located on the side or bottom of the unit, insert the batteries according to the polarity indicators, and close the cover securely.

2.2 Mounting on Camera

Slide the hot shoe foot of the Xpro II-N into your Nikon camera's hot shoe. Once fully inserted, rotate the locking ring clockwise to secure the transmitter firmly in place. Ensure it is securely attached to prevent accidental dislodgement during use.

2.3 Powering On/Off

Locate the "OFF ON" switch on the side of the transmitter. Slide the switch to the "ON" position to power on the unit. The LCD screen will illuminate. To power off, slide the switch back to the "OFF" position.

2.4 Bluetooth Pairing

To use the Bluetooth function, download the Godox Light app on your smartphone. Power on the Xpro II-N. Open the app, search for available devices, and select the Xpro II-N to pair. Follow the on-screen instructions in the app to complete the pairing process. The Bluetooth icon on the transmitter's screen will indicate a successful connection.

  1. Setting Channel and Group: Use the group buttons (A-E) to select a group. Use the dial to change the channel (CH1 ID). Ensure your flashes are set to the same channel and group as the transmitter.
  2. Adjusting Flash Power (Manual Mode): Select a group (e.g., A), press the SET button, then use the dial to adjust the power level (e.g., from 1/128 to 1/1).
  3. Changing Flash Mode: Press the MODE/LOCK button to cycle through available flash modes (TTL, Manual, Multi).
  4. High-Speed Sync (HSS): Press the SYNC button to activate HSS, indicated by a specific icon on the screen.
  5. Zoom Control: Press the Zoom button and use the dial to adjust the flash zoom coverage to match your lens focal length.

3.3 Advanced Functions via Bluetooth App

Once paired, the Godox Light app provides an intuitive interface for controlling all transmitter functions remotely. This includes adjusting power, changing modes, setting groups, and updating firmware.

4.1 Cleaning

Wipe the transmitter with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a slightly damp cloth with mild detergent, then wipe dry immediately. Do not use solvents or abrasive cleaners. Keep the hot shoe contacts clean and free of debris.

4.2 Storage

When not in use for extended periods, remove the batteries to prevent leakage. Store the unit in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, dust, and excessive humidity.
