Important Safety Instructions

  • When plugging in the power supply, please put the power switch in the "off" position.
  • The needle is sharp. To replace the needle, you must first turn off the power switch.
  • Keep the machine out of reach of children. If the child uses the machine, an adult must be around.
  • After use, turn the switch off and unplug the power plug.
  • Do not disassemble or transform the machine.
  • When the threads are installed, but the machine is not clothed, the power switch cannot be turned on.
  • Turn off the switch or unplug the power plug when no one is around.
  • Before maintaining the sewing machine or replacing the lamp, the battery should be removed, and the power plug should be unplugged. Caution: Pay attention to the sewing machine needle. Keep your hands away from moving parts during the sewing process, and do not pull the fabric. Otherwise, you may hit the needle and cause injury.
  • Do not use curved or broken needles, as this will cause poor sewing or damage.
  • 14# needle is suitable for ordinary woven fabric, such as denim, thick cloth, etc.. 9# needle is ideal for thin material.

Setup

Power Connection

Operation

Speed Control

The machine offers dual speed control via a switch: Low (270 stitches/minute) and High (300 stitches/minute).

The foot pedal also allows for variable speed control. Ensure the machine's power switch is off when using the foot pedal.

Reverse Sewing

Use the reverse button to reinforce stitches at the beginning or end of a seam. This function is primarily for straight stitches over short distances.

Stitch Selection

The machine features 12 built-in stitch patterns. Rotate the stitch dial to select your desired pattern. Ensure the needle is in its highest position before rotating the dial.

Thread Tension

Adjust the thread tension dial (1-9 gears) to achieve optimal stitch quality. Turning the dial down increases tightness, while turning it up loosens it.

Built-in Light

The built-in LED light illuminates the sewing area, useful for working in dim conditions.

Thread Cutter

A convenient thread cutter is integrated into the machine for quick and easy thread trimming.

Cuff Slot

The cuff slot is specifically designed for sewing cylindrical items like pant legs and sleeves.

Maintenance

Changing the Needle

Always cut off power before changing the needle. Loosen the thimble screw, carefully remove the old needle, and insert the new one with the flat side facing the rear of the machine. Tighten the screw.

The machine supports both single and exclusive twin needles. The twin needle is suitable for straight stitches (patterns 1-3).

Changing the Press Foot

To replace the press foot, first lift the press foot rod. Then, lift the press foot wrench to release the current press foot. To install a new one, align the hole position with the press foot rod and press the wrench to secure it.

Winding the Bobbin

Ensure the bottom thread is not in place when winding. Place the thread on the bobbin winder pin and push the pin to the right. Once wound, push the pin back to the left.

Threading the Machine

Follow the marked threading steps on the machine. Ensure the thread is wound around the upper thread tension dial, through the round hole of the rod, and then vertically down to the needle. Thread from front to back.
