2. Safety Information
- Professional Installation: Installation of both the oven and hood must be performed by an authorized service technician. Improper installation will void the product warranty.
- Electrical Safety: Ensure the electrical supply matches the requirements specified on the appliance rating plate. Do not use adapters or extension cords.
- Children and Vulnerable Persons: This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
- Hot Surfaces: The oven and its accessible parts become hot during use. Care should be taken to avoid touching heating elements. Children less than 8 years of age shall be kept away unless continuously supervised.
- Ventilation: Ensure adequate ventilation when operating the hood, especially when other fuel-burning appliances are in use.

3.2 ALVEUS MOD 3000 Built-in Hood
The ALVEUS MOD 3000 is a 60 cm black hood with touch and remote controls. It features 2x1W LED lighting, an airflow capacity of 650 m³/h, and aluminum filters. It can also be used in recirculation mode with an optional carbon filter.

4. Setup and Installation
Important: Installation must be carried out by an authorized service technician. Failure to do so will invalidate the warranty.
4.1 Oven (MFA 627) Installation
The MFA 627 is designed for built-in installation into a standard kitchen cabinet. Ensure the cabinet dimensions comply with the specifications below to allow for proper ventilation and fit.

- Cabinet Dimensions: Refer to the provided diagram for precise cut-out and clearance requirements.
- Electrical Connection: The oven requires a dedicated electrical circuit. The authorized technician will ensure correct wiring.
- Securing the Oven: The oven must be securely fastened to the cabinet to prevent tipping.
4.2 Hood (MOD 3000) Installation
The MOD 3000 hood is designed for wall-mounted installation above a cooking surface. Proper height and ventilation are crucial for optimal performance.

- Mounting Height: The hood should be installed at a specific height above the hob, as recommended by local regulations and the technician.
- Ducting (Extraction Mode): If used in extraction mode, connect the 120 mm chimney outlet to an external ducting system.
- Recirculation (Filter Mode): For recirculation, a carbon filter (16 cm) must be installed. This allows the hood to filter air and return it to the kitchen without external ducting.
- Electrical Connection: Connect the hood to a suitable power supply.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 ALVEUS MFA 627 Oven
- Control Panel: The oven features a glass control panel with Pop-Up & Touch controls. Turn the Pop-Up knobs to select functions and temperature, and use the touch controls for digital settings and timer.
- Functions: Select one of the 6+1 cooking programs using the function selector knob. Common functions include conventional heating, bottom heating, grill, and fan-assisted cooking.
- Temperature Setting: Adjust the temperature using the temperature control knob. The digital display will show the set temperature.
- Turbo Fan: The Turbo Fan function ensures even heat distribution for consistent cooking results.
- Preheating: For best results, preheat the oven to the desired temperature before placing food inside.
5.2 ALVEUS MOD 3000 Hood
- Power On/Off: Use the touch control panel or the remote control to switch the hood on or off.
- Fan Speed: Adjust the fan speed to one of the available settings (e.g., low, medium, high) based on the intensity of cooking fumes.
- Lighting: Activate the 2x1W LED lights to illuminate your cooking area.
- Remote Control: The included remote control allows for convenient operation from a distance.
6. Maintenance
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your appliances. Always disconnect from the power supply before cleaning.
6.1 Oven (MFA 627) Cleaning
- Interior: Clean the oven interior with a damp cloth and mild detergent after each use, once it has cooled down. For stubborn stains, use a specialized oven cleaner, following the product instructions.
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior surfaces, including the glass control panel, with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
- Accessories: Remove and wash oven racks and trays in warm soapy water or in a dishwasher.
6.2 Hood (MOD 3000) Cleaning
- Aluminum Filters: The aluminum grease filters should be cleaned regularly (approximately every 2-4 weeks, depending on usage). They can be washed by hand in hot soapy water or in a dishwasher. Ensure they are completely dry before re-installing.
- Carbon Filters (if installed): Carbon filters are not washable and must be replaced every 3-6 months, depending on usage. Refer to the specific carbon filter instructions for replacement.
- Exterior: Clean the black exterior with a soft, damp cloth and a non-abrasive cleaner. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
7. Troubleshooting
Before contacting authorized service, please check the following common issues:
- Oven not heating: Check if the oven is properly plugged in and if the circuit breaker has tripped. Ensure the correct function and temperature are selected.
- Hood not turning on: Verify the power supply. Check if the touch controls are responsive or if the remote control batteries need replacement.
- Poor hood suction: Clean or replace the aluminum/carbon filters. Ensure there are no obstructions in the ducting system (if applicable).
- Unusual noises from hood: Check if filters are correctly installed. If the noise persists, contact authorized service.
