Setup and Installation

This fan supports downrod or angled mounting (up to 15°). Ensure your electrical box is securely mounted and capable of supporting the fan's weight.

1. Pre-Installation

Turn off power at the main circuit breaker. Attach the mounting bracket to the ceiling electrical box. Select the appropriate downrod length (5-inch or 10-inch) for your ceiling height.

2. Assembling the Fan

Attach the downrod to the motor housing. Carefully feed the electrical wires from the motor through the downrod. Secure the fan blades to the motor housing using the provided screws. Ensure all screws are tightened securely.

Note that the wall switch may have a different design than standard US wall plates and might require specific installation considerations.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your ceiling fan.

  • Cleaning: Periodically clean the fan blades and motor housing with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Blade Balance: If the fan wobbles, use the included balance kit to correct any imbalance. Refer to the full instruction manual for detailed balancing steps.
  • Tighten Fasteners: Check all screws and fasteners annually to ensure they are secure.
