1. Introduction

2. Safety Instructions

To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, always follow basic safety precautions when using an electrical appliance. Read all instructions before using this appliance.

  • Do not use outdoors or on wet surfaces.
  • Do not allow to be used as a toy. Close attention is necessary when used by or near children.
  • Use only as described in this manual. Use only manufacturer's recommended attachments.
  • Do not use with damaged cord or plug. If appliance is not working as it should, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped into water, return it to a service center.

  • Use extra care when cleaning on stairs.
  • Do not use to pick up flammable or combustible liquids, such as gasoline, or use in areas where they may be present.
  • Do not use without filters in place.
  • Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the OFF position before connecting to battery pack, picking up or carrying the appliance.
  • Recharge only with the charger specified by the manufacturer.
  • Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery; avoid contact. If contact accidentally occurs, flush with water. If liquid contacts eyes, additionally seek medical help.

4. Setup

4.1 Assembly

  1. Insert the Handle Assembly into the main vacuum body until it clicks securely into place.
  2. Ensure the Clean Water Tank and Dirty Water Tank are correctly seated in their respective compartments.

4.2 Charging the Battery

Before first use, fully charge the appliance. Place the vacuum cleaner on the Charging Base and connect the Power Adapter to a wall outlet. The battery indicator on the display will show charging progress.

A full charge takes approximately 2 hours. The charging station is equipped with a fan that can blow air onto the brush during charging for drying, which can last from 30 minutes to 2 hours.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Filling the Clean Water Tank

Remove the Clean Water Tank (750 ml capacity) from the appliance. Fill it with clean tap water. For enhanced cleaning, you may add a small amount of non-foaming cleaning solution suitable for wet and dry vacuum cleaners. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.

5.2 Powering On and Selecting Mode

Press the ON/OFF button on the handle to start the vacuum cleaner. The VG MV 3000 offers two operating modes:

  • MAX Mode: Provides 6 kPa suction and a water flow rate of 60 ml/min, with approximately 20 minutes of runtime. Ideal for heavily soiled surfaces.
  • ECO Mode: Provides 4.8 kPa suction and a water flow rate of 30 ml/min, with approximately 30 minutes of runtime. Suitable for daily maintenance and lighter cleaning tasks.

Toggle between modes using the mode selection button on the handle.

5.3 Cleaning Floors

Hold the handle firmly and guide the vacuum cleaner across the floor. The motorized brush assists in movement, making it easy to maneuver. The unique design allows for cleaning close to walls and baseboards. For delicate floors, you can stop the water flow during cleaning by pressing the water spray trigger.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

6.1 Emptying the Dirty Water Tank

After each use, or when the Dirty Water Tank (550 ml capacity) is full, remove it from the appliance and empty its contents. Rinse the tank with clean water to prevent odors and residue buildup.

6.2 Self-Cleaning Cycle

Place the vacuum cleaner back on its Charging Base. Press the self-cleaning button. The appliance will automatically perform a self-cleaning cycle for the brush, removing dirt and debris. The charging station's fan will then assist in drying the brush.

6.3 Cleaning the Brush Roll and Filter

Periodically remove the brush roll for manual cleaning. Use the provided cleaning tools to remove tangled hair or debris. The HEPA filter is washable; rinse it under running water and allow it to air dry completely before reinserting. Ensure all parts are dry before reassembly to prevent mold or odors.

7. Troubleshooting
