Setup Guide

  1. Charge the Device: Before first use, fully charge the water flosser using the provided USB-C cable. Connect the cable to the USB-C port on the device and a suitable power adapter. The OLED display will indicate charging status. A full charge typically lasts for one month of regular use.
  2. Fill the Water Tank: Detach the 300ml water tank from the main body of the flosser. Fill it with lukewarm water. You can also fill it directly through the water port without detaching, if preferred. Ensure the tank is securely reattached to prevent leaks.
  3. Attach a Dental Tip: Select one of the 5 dental tips provided. Insert the tip into the opening at the top of the flosser until it clicks into place. Ensure it is firmly seated.

Operating Instructions

  1. Select Mode and Pressure: Press the power button to turn on the device. Use the mode button to cycle through Soft, Medium, Strong, and Pulse modes. For the Custom mode, press the DIY button and then use the pressure adjustment buttons to set your desired water pressure from 8-110 PSI. The OLED display will show your selection.
  2. Position the Tip: Lean over a sink. Place the dental tip into your mouth, pointing it towards your gum line at a 90-degree angle. Keep your mouth slightly open to allow water to flow into the sink.
  3. Begin Flossing: Turn on the device. Guide the water stream along your gum line, pausing briefly between teeth. Ensure you clean both the front and back surfaces of your teeth. The 360° rotatable nozzle allows you to reach all areas easily. Avoid directing the stream directly into gum pockets or eyes.
  4. Complete Session: Continue until you have cleaned all areas of your mouth or the water tank is empty. The device will automatically shut off after a set period.

Maintenance and Care

  1. Clean After Each Use: After each flossing session, remove the dental tip and rinse it thoroughly under warm water. Empty any remaining water from the tank and rinse the tank as well. Allow both to air dry.
  2. Deep Cleaning (Weekly): For a more thorough cleaning, you can detach the water tank and wash it with mild soap and water. Ensure all soap residue is rinsed away. Wipe the main body of the flosser with a damp cloth.
  3. Store Properly: Store the device in a clean, dry place. The included travel bag is ideal for protecting the flosser when not in use or during travel.
  4. Replace Dental Tips: For optimal hygiene and performance, it is recommended to replace the dental tips every 2-3 weeks, or sooner if they show signs of wear.
