4. Setup and Assembly

Assembly is required. Follow these general steps. Refer to the included detailed assembly guide for specific diagrams and hardware identification.

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
2. Assemble Frame: Attach the lifting columns to the crossbar, ensuring all connections are secure.
3. Attach Feet: Secure the feet to the bottom of the lifting columns.
4. Mount Desktop: Carefully place the desktop upside down on a protective surface. Align the assembled frame with the pre-drilled holes on the desktop and secure it using the provided screws.
5. Install Control Panel: Attach the control panel to the underside of the desktop in the designated location.
6. Connect Wiring: Connect the motor cables from the lifting columns to the control box, and then connect the control panel cable and power adapter to the control box. Ensure all connections are firm.

5. Operating Instructions

Your kowo standing desk features an electric height adjustment system with memory presets.

5.1. Height Adjustment

• Raise Desk: Press and hold the UP arrow button. The desk will move upwards. Release the button at your desired height.
• Lower Desk: Press and hold the DOWN arrow button. The desk will move downwards. Release the button at your desired height.

The desk can be adjusted smoothly between 28.7 inches (73 cm) and 47.6 inches (121 cm).

5.2. Memory Presets

The control panel has 3 programmable memory presets (M1, M2, M3) to store your preferred sitting and standing heights.

1. Set a Memory Position:
   • Adjust the desk to your desired height using the UP or DOWN buttons.
   • Press the M button. The display will show 'S-'.
   • Within 3 seconds, press the desired preset button (1, 2, or 3). The display will show 'S-1', 'S-2', or 'S-3' to confirm the setting.
2. Recall a Memory Position:
   • Press the desired preset button (1, 2, or 3). The desk will automatically move to the stored height.

6. Maintenance
