3. Setup
3.1 Battery Installation
The Mighty Transforming Cruiser requires 3 x AAA (LR03) batteries. These batteries are included with your purchase. To install or replace batteries:
- Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the vehicle.
- Using a Phillips head screwdriver (not included), unscrew the battery compartment cover.
- Insert 3 new AAA (LR03) batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Replace the cover and tighten the screw.
Note: Always use fresh batteries for optimal performance. Do not mix old and new batteries or different types of batteries.
3.2 Placing Chase in the Cruiser
To prepare Chase for action:
- Ensure the vehicle is in its compact mode.
- Carefully place the Chase action figure into the driver's seat of the cruiser. The figure is designed to clip securely into place, preventing it from falling out during play.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power On/Off and Sound Modes
Locate the power switch on the underside of the vehicle. It has three settings:
- OFF (0): Turns the vehicle off.
- ON (I): Activates lights and sounds when Chase is placed or pressed.
- MUSIC (II): Activates lights and music when Chase is placed or pressed.
It is recommended to turn the switch to OFF when not in use to conserve battery life.

4.2 Activating Lights and Sounds
Once Chase is securely in the driver's seat and the power switch is set to ON or MUSIC, lights and sounds will activate automatically. The translucent parts of Chase's uniform and various areas on the vehicle will illuminate, accompanied by exciting sound effects or music.

4.3 Vehicle Transformation
To activate the Mighty Transformation into rescue mode:
- Ensure Chase is in the driver's seat.
- Press down firmly on the Chase figure. The vehicle will extend to over 15 inches long and 8 inches wide, with synchronized lights and sounds.

4.4 Resetting Transformation
To return the vehicle to its compact mode, simply push the extended front section back into place. The vehicle will click back into its original form.
