4. Installation Instructions

Follow these steps to replace the vacuum belt in your Hoover Elite Rewind Plus Upright Vacuum Cleaner. Always ensure the vacuum cleaner is unplugged from the power outlet before beginning any maintenance.

1. Step 1: Prepare the Vacuum

   Unplug the vacuum cleaner. Lay the vacuum flat on its front side to access the brush roll area. Remove any screws or clips securing the bottom plate or brush roll cover. Carefully remove the vacuum cleaner cover.

2. Step 2: Remove the Old Belt

   Locate the brush roll and the motor pulley. The old belt will be stretched or broken. Carefully remove the brush roll from its housing. Grasp the old drive belt and remove it from the motor pulley and the brush roll.

   With the drive belt connected to the motor pulley and brush roll, pull the belt over the brush roll and position the floor brush back into its housing. Ensure the brush roll spins freely. Reattach the vacuum cleaner cover and secure it with any screws or clips removed earlier. Plug in the vacuum and test its operation.
