Setup

  1. Charge the Device: Before first use, fully charge the device using the provided Type-C USB cable. A full charge typically takes approximately 4 hours and provides up to 21 days of continuous use. The indicator light will blink during charging and remain steady when fully charged.

  2. Prepare Saline Solution:
    • Open the water tank by rotating the top unit counter-clockwise and lifting it off.
    • Pour one 2.7g packet of nasal rinse salt into the water tank.
    • Fill the tank with warm distilled or boiled water (cooled to body temperature, approximately 98.6°F/37°C). Ensure the water temperature does not exceed 40°C (104°F).
    • Reattach the top unit by aligning and rotating clockwise until it locks. Shake gently to dissolve the salt thoroughly.

  3. Attach Nozzle: Select the desired nozzle (adult, child, or spray) and firmly insert it into the top of the device until it clicks into place. The nozzle can be rotated 360° for comfortable use.

Operating Instructions

  1. Select Mode: Press the "Mode" button to cycle through the 5 available pressure modes:
    • Low Mode: Gentle stream, ideal for sensitive nasal passages or first-time users.
    • Mild Mode: Perfect for daily nasal care.
    • High Mode: Strong pressure for deep nasal cleansing.
    • Pulse Mode: Gentle bursts to enhance comfort during rinsing.
    • DIY Mode: Customize your flow for unique needs.

  2. Nasal Washing:
    • Hold the unit in an upright position with the nozzle tip pointing towards your nose.
    • Lean forward slightly over a sink. Tilt your head slightly to one side.
    • Place the nozzle tip gently into one nostril, ensuring a comfortable seal.
    • Open your mouth and breathe through your mouth only.
    • Press the "On/Off" button to start the irrigation. The saline solution will flow into one nostril and out the other, or out of your mouth.
    • Continue until half the tank is used, then repeat on the other nostril.
    • After irrigating, gently blow your nose to clear any remaining solution.

Nozzles and Water Tank

The MAOEVER Nasal Irrigation System comes with 6 interchangeable nozzles to suit various needs and nasal anatomies:

  • 4 Water Nozzles: Designed for general use by adults and children, providing a steady stream for effective rinsing.
  • 2 Spray Nozzles: Ideal for first-time users or for a gentler, massaging rinse of the nasal cavity.

The nozzles are 360° rotatable, allowing you to adjust the angle for optimal comfort and effectiveness. The device features a large 300ml water tank, sufficient for a complete nasal wash without frequent refills. Its gravity ball design ensures continuous water draw from the bottom of the tank, regardless of the device's orientation.

Maintenance
