If you encounter issues with your Archer BE900 router, consider the following common solutions:
- No Internet Access:
- Check all cable connections between the router, modem, and wall outlet.
- Reboot both your modem and router.
- Verify your internet service provider (ISP) connection is active.
- Slow Wi-Fi Speed:
- Ensure your devices support Wi-Fi 7 for optimal performance.
- Move closer to the router or consider adding EasyMesh extenders for larger homes.
- Check for interference from other electronic devices.
- Use the Tether app to check network traffic and prioritize devices with QoS.
- Cannot Connect to Wi-Fi:
- Double-check the Wi-Fi password.
- Ensure the Wi-Fi signal is enabled on the router (check LED screen or Tether app).
- Try forgetting the network on your device and reconnecting.
- Router Not Responding:
- Perform a hard reboot by unplugging and replugging the power.
- If issues persist, perform a factory reset (refer to the Quick Installation Guide for instructions). Note that a factory reset will erase all custom settings.
