Operating Instructions

3. Plug In: Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet. The indicator light on the thermostat will illuminate, indicating power is supplied.
4. Set Temperature: Turn the temperature control dial to your desired cooking temperature (ranging from 200°F to 400°F). The indicator light will remain on until the set temperature is reached, then cycle on and off to maintain the temperature.
