3.1. Controls and Ports

  • Power Button (⑂): Press and hold to turn the speaker on or off.
  • Mode/Source Button (M): Short press to switch between Bluetooth, FM, AUX, USB, and TF card modes.
  • Play/Pause Button (▶▶): Play or pause audio. In FM mode, press and hold to auto-scan stations.
  • Previous Track/Volume Down (-VOL ◀◀): Short press for previous track. Press and hold to decrease volume.

4. Setup

4.1. Charging the Speaker

Before first use, fully charge the speaker. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the DC 5V port on the rear of the speaker and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. The charging indicator (if present) will illuminate during charging and turn off when fully charged.

4.2. Powering On/Off

Press and hold the Power button (⑂) located on the rear of the speaker for approximately 3 seconds to turn the speaker on or off. A startup sound will indicate the speaker is active.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Mode Selection

Short press the Mode/Source button (M) to cycle through the available audio input modes: Bluetooth, FM Radio, AUX Input, USB Playback, and TF Card Playback. The display will indicate the current mode.

5.2. Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Turn on the speaker. It will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode, indicated by a voice prompt and a flashing Bluetooth icon on the display.
  2. Enable Bluetooth on your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc.).
  3. Search for available Bluetooth devices and select "Audiobox TRK" from the list.
  4. Once connected, a confirmation voice prompt will sound, and the Bluetooth icon will stop flashing. You can now play audio from your device through the speaker.

5.3. True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing (Optional)

If you have two Audiobox TRK speakers, you can pair them together for a stereo sound experience:

  1. Ensure both speakers are powered on and in Bluetooth mode, but not yet connected to any device.
  2. On one of the speakers (this will be the primary speaker), press and hold the Play/Pause button (▶▶) for a few seconds until you hear a pairing tone.
  3. The two speakers will automatically connect to each other. A confirmation tone will sound once TWS pairing is successful.
  4. Now, connect your mobile device to the primary speaker via Bluetooth as described in section 5.2. Audio will play in stereo through both speakers.

5.4. USB/TF Card Playback

Insert a USB flash drive or a TF (MicroSD) card into the respective port on the rear of the speaker. The speaker will automatically switch to USB or TF card mode and begin playing audio files (MP3, WAV, etc.) stored on the device. Use the Previous/Next Track buttons to navigate and the Play/Pause button to control playback.

5.5. FM Radio

  1. Switch the speaker to FM radio mode using the Mode/Source button (M).
  2. Press and hold the Play/Pause button (▶▶) to initiate an automatic scan for FM stations. The speaker will save all found stations.
  3. Use the Previous/Next Track buttons to cycle through the saved FM stations.

5.6. AUX Input

Connect one end of a 3.5mm audio cable (not included) to the AUX port on the speaker and the other end to the audio output jack of your external device (e.g., MP3 player, laptop). Switch the speaker to AUX mode using the Mode/Source button (M). Audio will play from your connected device.

5.7. Volume Control

Press and hold the +VOL ▶▶ button to increase the volume. Press and hold the -VOL ◀◀ button to decrease the volume.

5.8. LED Lights

The speaker features integrated LED lights. There is a dedicated ON/OFF switch for these lights, typically located near the main controls or on the underside of the speaker. Refer to Figure 3.3 for exact location if needed.

6. Maintenance
