Safety Information

Always read the product label carefully before use. This product is formulated with foaming surfactants for effective cleaning. However, it is important to observe the following safety precautions:

• WARNING: Causes serious eye damage.

• IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of water.

• May produce an allergic reaction (contains reaction mass of 5-chloro-2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one and 2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one).

Chemical Composition (according to Regulation (EC) No 648/04):

• 5-15% anionic surfactants
• Co-formulants: methylchloroisothiazolinone, methylisothiazolinone

Operating Instructions

Preparation:

1. Ensure your vehicle is parked in a shaded area and the surface is cool to the touch.
2. Rinse the vehicle thoroughly with water to remove loose dirt and debris.
3. Prepare two buckets: one for the shampoo solution and one for rinsing your wash mitt/sponge.

Dilution:

Pour a small amount of imolax Car Shampoo into a bucket and mix with water to create a rich foam. The exact dilution ratio can be adjusted based on the level of dirt and desired foaminess. A common starting point is 1 part shampoo to 100 parts water, but refer to the product label for specific recommendations.

Washing Process:

1. Dip a clean wash mitt or sponge into the shampoo solution.
2. Spread a layer of the product over the vehicle's surface with a sponge or cloth.
3. Wash the vehicle from top to bottom, working on one section at a time.
4. Regularly rinse your wash mitt/sponge in the separate rinse bucket to prevent transferring dirt back onto the vehicle.
5. Do not allow the shampoo to dry on the vehicle's surface.
6. After washing a section, rinse it immediately with plenty of clean water using a hose or pressure washer.
7. Once the entire vehicle is washed and rinsed, dry it with a clean microfiber towel to prevent water spots and ensure a streak-free finish.

Maintenance and Storage

• Store the imolax Car Shampoo in its original container, tightly sealed, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Ensure the cap is securely fastened after each use to prevent evaporation or contamination.
• Keep the product away from freezing temperatures.

Troubleshooting

• Problem: Shampoo dries on surface.
  

  Solution: Work in smaller sections and rinse immediately after washing each section. Ensure vehicle surface is cool before starting.
• Problem: Streaks or water spots after drying.
  

  Solution: Ensure thorough rinsing of all shampoo residue. Use a clean, high-quality microfiber drying towel. Consider using deionized water for the final rinse if hard water is an issue.

• Problem: Insufficient foam.
  

  Solution: Increase the concentration of shampoo in your water mixture. Ensure you are using a suitable wash mitt or foam gun/cannon for optimal foam production.
