Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble your heart-shaped balloon arch. It is recommended to assemble the arch in the location where it will be used.

Step 1: Assemble the Base

Begin by assembling the square base frame. Connect the base connecting pipes to the square base using the provided fixing nuts. Ensure all connections are tight and secure.

Step 2: Connect Arch Sections

Identify the various curved metal tubes. These tubes are designed to fit together to form the heart shape. Carefully connect the tubes, ensuring they slot firmly into each other. The arch will gradually take shape as you connect more sections.

Step 3: Attach Arch to Base and Secure

Once the heart-shaped arch is fully formed, attach its lower ends to the assembled base. Use the remaining fixing nuts to secure the arch firmly to the base connecting pipes. For added stability, especially when using outdoors or with heavy decorations, fill the provided water bags and place them on the base. The arch dimensions are approximately 71 x 11 x 90 inches (L x W x H).

Operating Instructions

The heart arch serves as a versatile backdrop for various decorations. Use the provided balloon tape strips, dot glues, and plastic balloon rings to attach balloons, tulle, green plants, decorative flowers, or string lights. Arrange decorations evenly to maintain balance and visual appeal. The arch is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, provided it is properly secured.

Maintenance and Care

This heart-shaped arch is constructed from high-quality iron with a white coating, designed for durability and corrosion resistance. To ensure longevity, store the arch in a dry place when not in use. Clean the metal frame with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners that could damage the coating. The arch is reusable for multiple events.

Troubleshooting

• Arch Instability: Ensure all connecting pipes are fully inserted and fixing nuts are tightened. For outdoor use, always fill and place the water bags on the base to provide sufficient weight. If water bags are insufficient, consider using sandbags.
• Missing Parts: If any components are missing upon arrival, please contact LANGXUN customer support for assistance.
• Difficulty Connecting Tubes: Ensure tubes are aligned correctly. A slight rotation or gentle pressure may be needed to fully engage the connections. Do not force connections excessively.
