Know Your Calogy Mini Heat Press

Components:

  1. Button: Multi-function button for power, temperature adjustment, and unit switching.
  2. Display: LED screen showing real-time temperature.
  3. Body: The main housing of the heat press.
  4. Heat Plate: The heated surface for transfer.
  5. Safety Base: Insulated base for resting the hot heat press.

Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove the Calogy Mini Heat Press and all accessories from the packaging.
  2. Inspect: Check the device for any signs of damage. Do not use if damaged.
  3. Placement: Place the safety base on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface. Ensure adequate ventilation.
  4. Connect Power: Insert the power cord firmly into the heat press and then plug it into a 110-220V power outlet. Ensure the connection is tight to prevent issues.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off:

Long press the power button (ⓘ) to turn the device ON or OFF. The LED display will show the current temperature.

Temperature Adjustment:

The Calogy Mini Heat Press features 3 temperature levels:

  • L1 (Low Temperature): 284 ℉ (140 ℃)
  • L2 (Medium Temperature): 320 ℉ (160 ℃)
  • L3 (High Temperature): 356 ℉ (180 ℃)

To adjust the temperature:

  1. Press the power button (ⓘ) one time to increase the temperature level (L1 → L2 → L3).
  2. Press the power button (ⓘ) two times to decrease the temperature level (L3 → L2 → L1).

Switching Temperature Unit (℃ / ℉):

Press the power button (ⓘ) three times to switch between Celsius (℃) and Fahrenheit (℉).

Automatic Power Off:

For safety, the heat press will automatically power off after 15 minutes of inactivity. This prevents accidental overheating if left unattended.

Fast Heating:

The Calogy Mini Heat Press heats up quickly, reaching 284 ℉ (140 ℃) in approximately 3 minutes. Subsequent temperature increases between levels are also rapid.

Using the Heat Press:

  1. Place your material (e.g., T-shirt, hat) on a heat-resistant surface.
  2. Position your heat transfer design onto the material.
  3. Once the heat press reaches the desired temperature (indicated on the LED display), gently press it onto the design. Apply even pressure.
  4. Refer to your heat transfer material's specific instructions for recommended time and pressure.
  5. After pressing, carefully lift the heat press and immediately place it back on its safety base.
  6. Allow the material and design to cool before peeling, if required by your transfer material.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Ensure the heat press is completely cool and unplugged before cleaning. Wipe the heat plate with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Storage: Store the heat press in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Always place it on its safety base when not in use.
  • Cord Care: The power cord is removable for easy storage. Do not wrap the power cord tightly around the device. Store it loosely to prevent damage.

Troubleshooting
