Setup
- Unpack the appliance and all accessories. Remove all packaging materials.
- Place the oven on a stable, flat, and heat-resistant surface, ensuring adequate ventilation around the unit.
- Insert the stone plate into its designated position inside the oven.
- Before first use, wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
- It is recommended to pre-heat the oven empty for 10-15 minutes at maximum temperature during the first use to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor or smoke may be present; this is normal. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.
Operating Instructions
Pre-heating the Oven
- Ensure the stone plate is clean and in place.
- Close the oven lid.
- Turn the temperature control knob to the desired setting (e.g., maximum for pizza). The power indicator light will illuminate.
- Allow the oven to pre-heat for approximately 3-5 minutes until it reaches the desired temperature (up to 420°C).
Cooking Pizza
- Once pre-heated, carefully open the oven lid.
- Using the provided wooden peels, carefully slide your prepared pizza onto the hot stone plate.
- Close the oven lid immediately.
- Set the timer knob for the desired cooking time (e.g., 3-5 minutes for a typical pizza).
- Monitor the cooking process through the viewing window. Cooking times may vary based on pizza thickness and toppings.
- When the timer rings, carefully open the lid and use the peels to remove the cooked pizza.
- Close the lid to maintain heat for subsequent pizzas or turn off the appliance.
Temperature and Timer Controls
The oven features an adjustable thermostat with multiple temperature levels and a timer of up to 15 minutes with an alarm function. Adjust these according to your recipe and desired doneness.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Proper cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your pizza oven.
- Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Stone Plate: The stone plate should be cleaned only when completely cool. Scrape off any burnt-on food residues using a plastic scraper or brush. Do not use soap or detergents on the stone plate, as it is porous and will absorb them, affecting future pizza taste. For stubborn stains, you can gently scrub with a stiff brush and warm water, but avoid soaking. Allow the stone to air dry completely before next use.
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they may damage the finish.
- Interior (non-stone parts): Wipe the interior metal surfaces with a damp cloth. Be careful around heating elements.
- Do not immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
- Store the oven in a dry place when not in use.
