2. Setup
The VEVOR Heat Press Machine requires some assembly before first use. Ensure all components are present and securely fastened according to the provided instructions.
2.1 Assembly
Carefully unpack all components. Attach the main column to the base and secure the heating plate. Ensure all screws are tightened. The control panel connects to the main unit via a cable.
2.2 Connecting Power
Connect the power cord to the machine and then to a standard 110V electrical outlet. Ensure the power switch is in the OFF position before plugging in. Once plugged in, flip the power switch to ON. The digital display will illuminate.
3. Operating Instructions
Follow these steps for effective and safe heat transfer operations.
3.1 Digital Control Panel
The digital control panel allows precise setting of temperature and time. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust values. The 'SET' button is used to toggle between temperature and time settings. The machine will beep once the set temperature is reached.

3.4 Basic Heat Transfer Steps
- Place the item (e.g., T-shirt) flat on the panel and position the sublimation paper or vinyl design.
- Adjust the pressure knob to achieve the desired pressure for your material.
- Set the appropriate temperature and time on the digital control panel based on your material and transfer type.
- Swing the heating plate over the item and press down the handle to begin the transfer. The machine will beep when the set time is complete.
- Lift the handle, swing the heating plate away, and carefully remove your customized item.

4. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your heat press.
4.1 Cleaning
The heating board surface is coated with a pattern-stick-proof Teflon sheet. To clean, ensure the machine is off and cooled down. Wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the Teflon coating.
4.2 Storage
Store the heat press in a dry, clean environment when not in use. Ensure the heating plate is in the open position to prevent accidental damage or pressure on the lower platen.
5. Troubleshooting
Here are some common issues and their potential solutions:
5.1 Uneven Heat or Plate Alignment
If you experience uneven heat distribution or the heating plate is not aligned correctly, it may be due to improper assembly or a loose screw. Refer to the assembly instructions to ensure all components, especially the heating plate and its mounting screws, are correctly positioned and tightened. Sometimes, loosening and re-tightening the central screw can resolve alignment issues.
5.2 Loose Handles
If the handles feel loose, check the screws securing them to the unit and tighten as necessary with the appropriate tool.
5.3 Unusual Odors/Fumes
During initial use, some machines may emit a slight odor. Ensure adequate ventilation in your workspace. If strong or persistent fumes occur, discontinue use and contact support. It is recommended to use the machine in a well-ventilated area.
