Operating Instructions
A. Dispensing Fluid
- Fill the Reservoir: Unscrew the smaller cap on the 3L container and carefully pour the new transmission fluid into the reservoir. Securely close the cap.
- Pressurize the System: Pump the handle several times to build pressure inside the container. Monitor the pressure gauge to ensure it does not exceed 4 bar (58 PSI).
- Connect to Vehicle: Attach the selected adapter to the vehicle's transmission fill port.
- Dispense Fluid: Press the release button on the pump assembly to begin dispensing fluid. The hose with the volume guide allows for controlled flow.
- Monitor Fluid Level: Continuously monitor the transmission fluid level in the vehicle according to the manufacturer's specifications.
- Release Pressure: Once dispensing is complete, release any remaining pressure in the container by pressing the pressure release valve.
B. Extracting Fluid (Using the additional fluid bottle)
- Prepare Extraction Bottle: Attach the hose with the chain and hook to the smaller fluid bottle.
- Connect to Pump: Connect the other end of this hose to the quick-connect fitting on the main pump unit.
- Insert into Fluid: Insert the hose end into the fluid to be extracted (e.g., brake fluid reservoir, power steering reservoir).
- Pump to Extract: Operate the pump handle to create a vacuum, drawing fluid into the smaller bottle.
- Monitor Volume: The smaller bottle has volume markings to help monitor the extracted fluid amount.
- Dispose of Fluid: Once extraction is complete, disconnect and dispose of the fluid responsibly.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: After each use, thoroughly clean the pump, hose, and adapters with an appropriate cleaning solution to remove any residual fluid. This prevents cross-contamination and extends the life of the components.
- Storage: Store the pump and accessories in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Inspection: Regularly inspect the hose, seals, and adapters for any signs of wear, cracks, or damage. Replace worn components as needed.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Pump not building pressure | Loose connections, damaged seals, clogged intake. | Check all connections for tightness. Inspect seals for wear and replace if necessary. Clear any blockages in the intake hose. |
| Fluid not dispensing/extracting | Insufficient pressure, incorrect adapter, hose kinked, valve closed. | Ensure adequate pressure is built. Verify the correct adapter is used and properly connected. Check for kinks in the hose. Ensure the dispensing valve is open. |
| Fluid leakage | Loose connections, damaged O-rings or seals. | Tighten all connections. Inspect O-rings and seals on the pump, hose, and adapters; replace if damaged. |
