3. Setup
3.1. Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the device. The Grinest Water Flosser is equipped with a high-capacity battery that can last up to 30 days on a single charge. Charging typically takes approximately 6 hours.
- Locate the charging port on the back of the flosser, covered by a rubber pull tab.
- Gently pull open the rubber tab to expose the charging port.
- Connect the provided USB charging cable to the port.
- Plug the USB-A end of the cable into a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a USB port.
- Ensure the rubber tab is securely closed after charging to maintain the device's waterproof rating.
3.2. Attaching a Nozzle

- The water tank can be filled in two ways:
- Option 1 (Direct Fill): Open the small cap on the top of the water tank and fill directly with warm water.
- Option 2 (Detachable Tank): Twist the bottom of the flosser unit counter-clockwise to detach the water tank. Fill the tank with warm water, then reattach it by aligning and twisting clockwise until it locks.
- Ensure the water tank is securely closed to prevent leaks.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1. Power On/Off and Mode Selection
- Press the Power button to turn the device on. The device will start in the last used mode.
- Press the Mode button to cycle through the 6 pressure settings: Soft (1-2), Standard (3-4), Strong (5-6), and Massage Mode. The LED indicators will show the selected pressure level.
- To turn the device off, press the Power button again.

- Lean over a sink and place the nozzle tip in your mouth. Close your lips slightly around the nozzle to prevent splashing, but allow water to flow from your mouth into the sink.
- Aim the water jet at a 90-degree angle to your teeth, directing it towards the gumline.
- Move the tip along your teeth and gums, covering all surfaces. Pause briefly between teeth.
- For the U-shaped flossing head, position it to surround the teeth, allowing dual water jets to clean both inner and outer surfaces simultaneously.
- The 360° rotating nozzle allows easy access to all areas of your mouth.
