Setup

Before first use, perform the following steps:

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the jack and all components from the packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage.
2. Handle Assembly: Insert the two-piece handle into the handle socket. Ensure it is fully seated and secured.
3. Bleeding the Hydraulic System (Initial Setup):
   • With the jack in the fully lowered position, locate the release valve.
   • Turn the release valve counter-clockwise one full turn to open it.
   • Pump the handle vigorously 10-15 times to purge any air from the hydraulic system.
   • Turn the release valve clockwise to close it.

3. Lifting the Vehicle:
   • Pump the handle up and down to raise the vehicle to the desired height.
   • Lift only high enough to place jack stands.
4. Securing the Vehicle:
   • Once the vehicle is lifted, immediately place appropriately rated jack stands under the vehicle's designated support points.
   • Slowly open the release valve by turning it counter-clockwise, allowing the vehicle to rest securely on the jack stands.
   • Remove the hydraulic jack.
5. Lowering the Vehicle:
   • Ensure the area around the vehicle is clear.
   • Reposition the jack under the lifting point.
   • Slightly raise the vehicle off the jack stands.
   • Remove the jack stands.
   • Slowly turn the release valve counter-clockwise to lower the vehicle to the ground in a controlled manner.
