3.2 Assembling the Airbrush
The airbrush can be connected to the compressor in two ways: directly or via an extension tube.
- Direct Connection: Screw the airbrush gun directly onto the top of the mini compressor. Ensure it is securely fastened.
- Extension Tube Connection: If you prefer more flexibility, connect one end of the extension tube to the compressor and the other end to the airbrush gun.
- Attach the desired fluid cup (20CC or 40CC) to the airbrush.

4. Operation
4.1 Preparing Paint/Liquid
Proper dilution of your paint or liquid is crucial for optimal performance and to prevent clogging.
- Water-based paints: Can often be used without dilution. If the paint is too thick or not spraying correctly, dilute it with water.
- Solvent-based paints: Must be diluted with an appropriate thinner.
- Makeup: Use water-based liquid foundations specifically designed for airbrush application. Oily liquid foundations may clog the nozzle.
- General Rule: The consistency should be similar to milk. Test with water first to ensure the airbrush is not blocked.
Use the liquid extraction dropper to transfer your prepared liquid into the fluid cup.
4.2 Spraying Procedure
- Ensure the airbrush is securely connected to the compressor and the fluid cup is filled with appropriately diluted liquid.
- Short press the ON/OFF switch on the compressor to turn it on. The compressor offers two pressure settings:
- Pressure I: 23 PSI
- Pressure II: 27 PSI
- The airbrush will begin to produce air.
- Align the airbrush with the area to be sprayed, maintaining a distance of 2-3 cm (approximately 1-1.5 inches).
- Gently pull the trigger backwards to release the atomized paint. The further back you pull the trigger, the more paint will be released.
- Move the airbrush back and forth evenly to apply the paint.
- To stop spraying, release the trigger and press the ON/OFF switch on the compressor.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Thorough cleaning after each use is essential to prevent clogging and ensure the longevity of your airbrush. Clean immediately after spraying, especially if you pause for more than ten minutes.
- Empty any remaining fluid from the cup.
- Add a small amount of water or appropriate solvent (depending on the paint type) to the fluid cup.
- Use one of the cleaning brushes to thoroughly clean the inside of the fluid cup.
- Block the needle cap with your finger and spray. This will cause air to flow backward into the nozzle, helping to clean out any remaining paint. Repeat this step until the liquid sprayed is clear.
- Disassemble the airbrush components (nozzle, needle, fluid cup) for a more thorough cleaning. Use the provided wash needles and spray gun cleaners to remove any dried paint from the nozzle and other small parts.
- Dry all components completely to prevent stains or rust before reassembling and storing.
